Spotless clean comfortable room.

Problem in room not a chair. Manager was indifferent. Not unfriendly or rude nor friendly either. Just indifferent. It also had the worst breakfast ever. Weird tv for old folk.

Don’t, under any circumstances, stay here.

I don’t even know where to begin. The staff was rude, the lobby reeked of smoke, the rooms were “non-smoking “but had lingering odors of cigarette smoke, the bathroom ceiling was leaking water from the floor above. The staff attempted to tell me that I could not bring my legitimate service dog into the hotel with me, I argued with them and then they said there would be a $30 Charge to let him stay. It took several minutes of arguing before they agreed to let me have him with me. I am still awaiting a refund on the $100 deposit that they require, it has been 48 hours and it is still showing on my account. I feel like they purposely keep the deposits unless somebody goes through the process of complaining, the ownership and staff seem very money hungry. It felt like they were grabbing for every dollar they could. 1/10 does not do this hotel justice. I would recommend booking.com no longer associate with this location or business outfit.

Hotel nightmare

Nothing.

First I asked for non- smoking and everyone on my floor was smoking,( not cigarettes). Then the music coming from the other rooms well let's just say they were having a party. Then when we arrived the maid said ,"oh great I just got finishing cleaning your room". Well what did she clean? The place was dirty. Oh and breakfast, so they say was coffee and apples and mini muffins, from a box at the dollar tree. So if your looking for this kind of place, welcome home.

It was a horrible experience! I was in two rooms, both BAD!

The security lock was broken on the door, this was the second room I was in. It smelled like smoke. and I have major breathing issues, I'm very sensitive to odors. The microwave didn't work, and I believe I was bitten by bed bugs.

it wasn’t very clean, smelled like smoke, first room given was occupied, 2nd room given was one bed when I booked 2. Finally management stepped in and to us a room. the guy at front desk wasn’t knowledgeable about his work. No extra outlets in room.

We had no room because the place was condemned.

Nothing. This business was closed since April and no one contacted us to tell us.

No communication that the business was not allowed to be open due to an unsafe environment and has been posted on the window since April 19th that the building has been condemned.

Site was deemed “unsafe for occupation”. no notification was given by company or effort to contact us that our reservation would be cancelled. Found all this out by driving to the location. Thankfully was able to find somewhere to stay.

This place is a nightmare!

DISGUSTING! Do not try to save money with this place. It is dirty, it stinks. I was badgered by housekeeping at least daily-- "you take care of me, I will take care of you". My door lock didn't function properly, the refrigerator did not work- nothing was fixed. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive. The first-floor hallway had several places that felt like the carpet was covering holes!

Breakfast sign said 6 to 930. 630 I went down no breakfast… When I checked in woman working couldn’t have done a better job! Very friendly and professional

Ice machine didn’t work. Cable box in room didn’t work. No breakfast drawing on walls in my room.

I had to change rooms because it smell terrible. The carpet in the old and new room needed to be replaced. There was several things need to be fix in the room. The first room the tub and sink was awful no microwave. I wouldn’t come back or advise any one to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I'm not even joking.

NOTHING. I liked nothing. I was absolutely disgusting. Literally nothing. When we walked in my 15 stopped in the door and whispered to herself "This is where we die...". I didn't want to judge a book by its grimy, smelly cover, so we continued with our check in. My dad was also with us and had a separate room. We walked down the horror-movie hallway, through the wafting cigarette smoke, to get on the questionable elevator. The floor inside had a giant puddle so we cautiously avoided that. We arrive on the second floor and go our separate ways to our respective rooms. My daughter uses the keycard to unlock our door. One step in she freezes, turns around horrified and says THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THERE! We quickly backed out and shut the door. They gave us another persons room! We had access to all of their things! I would have said I was floored but I didn't even want my shoes touching the floor. We go down the hall to our second room. When we go in, I am immediately nauseated by the smell of urine. I already made up my mind we were leaving, but my quick glance around at the cigarette burned comforter and broken door lock confirmed it. My daughter wouldn't even put her bag down on the floor. We turned around and went back to the lobby. The only positive thing I can say is when I informed the girl behind the counter we were leaving and would like a refund (and explained why), she did not question me. I would bet I'm not the first.

It was the worst hotel I've ever been in. I would have rather slept in the parking lot on the ground. I cannot say this enough DO NOT STAY HERE. They should have paid me for even walking in the door. Anyone who rates this higher than negative is lying.
