Unacceptable

Location was great.

The room had cockroaches. The milk for the breakfast was in a gallon and expired. There was no options other than a waffle that the batter had been left out for days and cereal. I am a diabetic and have a child that is also diabetic. There should have been more options. The day time staff were extremely rude. The nighttime attendant was amazing. The pool had loose bricks which are safety hazards. We booked 2 rooms one of which the shower head did not work.

The stay was ok but the room wasn’t clean. Flosser on the floor and bathroom was filthy

The service was great.

There was mold in our room. Which affected my breathing. It was in another room in which I rented .This needs to be taken care of because this is a health issue. The pool was dirty.

2 days in HELL!!! Do not recommend!

The location was ok but the staff was extremely rude. Didn’t want to give you a towel toiletries or soap. Room smelled like pet urine. A bunch of homeless people were in the parking lot begging people for money. They took our $50 deposit and lied about it being put back on our card. Once we asked about our deposit they said it would be 7 to 10 business days!!! The pool was small and the staff was very rude. The staff was constantly in and out of a room with different women and men. Don’t think it was a good situation. I would not stay there if it was free!! Worst hotel!! There so called breakfast was cold cereal! Neighbors and staff were very loud and rude!! Please please don’t waste your time or money on this nasty place! Worst hotel EVER!!

Just for overnight stay

Lots of restaurants and stores and short ride to coast

Housekeeping could be better and linen felt unclean, made me feel uncomfortable, tub/shower looked unclean and water pressure was very low

I liked where the location was, and that they had a outdoor pool.

the rooms were not that clean, our room would smell like weed from the people below us, and the breakfast was not very good everything was gone or not replenished.

The room it self wasn’t clean and a lot of burn holes in the blanket. Went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and a blanket after that every was fine. My friends room was very clean.

Very basic service making future stay unlikely.

Location easy to find, close to interstate

Bathroom drainage very slow, annoying. No pen or paper in room. Staff not helpful concerning taxi service or phone numbers.

Close to airport, decent value, friendly staff

Room was nicely renovated, staff was very friendly, and hotel staff took security seriously with hotel being in a rougher area. Location is near airport and was pleasant for a short stay. Decent value.

Bed was good.

Room wasn't clean used towels still in bathroom I had only one clean towel for showering. Items from previous guests were still in the room. Breakfast consists of waffle or cereal. Can I get some eggs and sausage.

DON'T STAY HERE!

Not much.

I arrived at 7pm and the lobby was already closed, it was cold but I had to stand outside to complete check in. The bed/room was infested with BEDBUGS!! I had at least 25 bites when I woke up the next morning. I'm still scratching like crazy and trying to get rid of the hitchhikers that came home with me. PLUS, when I told them in the morning, they just shrugged it off. And I STTILL have not received my $50.00 they took on deposit. What a ripoff. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Next to interstate

The room had to be aired out for about an hour. Yep, it was supposed to be nonsmoking. Only 2 standard size pillows for King. I asked for 2 extra, the clerk was very nice, but could only come up with 1. We had to go get it. Across highway from airport. End of runway was at the angle in which all flights inbound or out was directly over our room. The tub had seen much better days.
