My Time at the Villages

Location was great. Nice view of water. Room was nice and beds were comfortable.

such a great place to stay for us. We had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, beautiful view of the lake as well.

Relaxing tropical escape.

Great location by water, shops. nightly band entertainment.and restaurants. Shuttle to Orlando is conveniently located across the street.

Our stay was very nice and we plan on returning for a longer stay.

The room that we were changed to. Beautiful view of the lake. The pool, and jacuzzi. Everyone was very helpful, and welcoming.

The first room we were sent to but they changed it very quickly to a much better view of the lake which I paid for originally.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view of Lake Sumter! Room was very nice and staff friendly. Loved being able to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and live entertainment!

I would go back but would call to see if they were open.

The Restaurant was closed and with no warning and the bar. I was there for a concert and that saved the day. Very friendly staff.

We should have been given a credit for 1 night of no heat. Outside temp dipped to 28

Service desk

No heat first night. Until a staff member arrived in the am ,a service technician was called. The person over night could not help us.

Would stay again

Great location, walking distance to everything, great pet friendly hotel. Also, really nice to have the restaurant in the hotel. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
