It took 3 teenage guys to get me checked in they attempted to charge me more money till i showed them the card and booking.com receipt the heater was so loud you had to turn it off to sleep on a 40 degree nite was woke up at 730 am by a leaf blower outside my door when I looked at the ceiling an wall above bed there was black mold on both I suffer from a severe mold allergy and ended up having to cancel the rest of my Vacation cause I was having breathing issues I informed hotel via email an they said sorry I didn't enjoy the stay

The check-in was awkward without much communication or explanation from the desk attendant. Keys were coded incorrectly for only one night even with a four night reservation. We were placed in the 1st floor in the back and we’re woken up two of the four nights, first night by a loud phone conversation in the room next to us and the last early morning with a verbal conflict I’m the room above us. It appeared like groups of workers are staying here longer term. Bathroom needs much more attentive cleaning.

could smell the bathroom heater from next door smelled like something was burning. checkout time is at 11 and housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10..

The room was nice and renovated with new furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. Even the staff, when we checked in and out, were super friendly and helpful.

There was a definite bug problem - Roaches. My friend saw one in the bathtub the night we got in. Then one crawled on his foot while he was on the toilet. I thought he was kidding (or being dramatic) but then later, when he went to get new pillowcases since he found a hair on his pillow, a roach ran across my foot as I stood between the beds. I looked down and there was not 1, not 2 - but THREE on the floor. Walking around with the lights on and everything. My guess is that they are doing construction on this hotel and it is causing the bugs to move around and be disturbed? Anyways, it was gross. And I NEVER complain about things.
