A hot mess. I would actually like a refund.

I liked nothing

The hotel was disgusting. When you enter it looks like a hang out for prostitution and homeless people. I feel as if I was over charged for my stay. There were no clean towels, the bathroom was half cleaned, the room smelled horrible and the sheets looked dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE HOTEL.

The fact I didn't have a working TV, cable, wifi and no hot water. This was a terrible hotel where even managment was rude and unprofessional. I would never stay there ever again and would not recommend this place that should be condemned. I have a video of some of the issues I had with this hotel.

It has roaches bad. All in the shower, near the bed, in the mini fridge. The carpets were filthy and smelled. They have weekly rates which means people live in the hotel. Trash all outside the rooms. Noise at all hours of the night and the staff doesn’t care or do anything.

Clerk demanded an additional $100 dollar deposit even though it was not explained on the app. When I told him it wasn't on the app he told me it was and it wasn't he became rude.

a roach crawled on my face while I was sleeping. everything looks clean & acceptable but as soon as the lights go out there are roaches everywhere !

Charged me upfront for the non smoking insurance

There was little bugs in my room ,the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the back door to the backyard the key swipe to the door was was broken so I had to walk around to the front several times .

The charge upfront for the insurance for if I smoked in the room, for any hotel I go to they keep your card on file and if you smoked in the room they then will charge you not like you guys charged me as soon as I got there smh. You guys need a no smoking room I smoked outside and always respect the rules but that was too much that it made me want to go somewhere else .
