Great location near Dayton and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, welcoming to all!

The location was convenient for a stopover while driving through Dayton. As a military retiree, I like to stay on or near bases when possible. Was surprised to see this on Booking.com but when I arrived the unique nature of the facility was clear and made sense. I liked the tributes to Bob Hope and his support of the military and the USO as well.

For the non-military retired traveller, it might be good to be a little more inviting with the location description, and point out that it is just outside the gate and that you don't need to go through security. The facility was clean and desk staff was helpful, but there were small signs of neglect of the facility and the restaurant felt a bit sub-par by industry standards. None of that affected our overall stay, and we would certainly stay there again!

Hard to find

Room was comfortable land clean.

They don't make it clear that the business is almost on a military base. If you put the address in the GPS, it leads you to a closed off gate to a military base. Poor signage to find the place.

Location was good in relationship to our soccer tournament.

The entire was awful. Out dated and the bathroom were unkempt

Nice to know Hotel named after Bob Hope I was a Viet Nam vet.

The staff was very helpful and curtious. Hotel was clean

The restraunt had pictures of steak but no steak was actually looking forward to that. I really have no negatives.

Loved the spacious room. Even bathroom was big. Nice dispensers in shower.

Difficult to find, but...it was late, and I was tired.

Poor

I liked the location which was close to the area I needed to commute to and from. However, the room did not appear very clean. There was hair on the bathroom sink. The tub was dirty and the room had a bad odor. I do understand that COVID limited housekeeping for safety reasons but garbage collection and towel replacement should be offered daily.
