The staff was friendly and professional, but the hotel itself is overpriced and we will never return or recommend it to

The staff was very friendly and the room was seemingly clean, though in rough shape. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was useful for applying makeup.

There were no lamps in the room at all, so we had to use the bright overhead lights. The room was hot and damp feeling unless you ran the loud AC fan at all times. The furniture was beat up and mismatched. Though the stairway up to the second floor was very short, for someone with mobility issues like myself, it was slow going and a bit treacherous. I’m not sure how that is ADA compliant. Overall, it felt very much like a cheap motel, but we paid hotel prices.

The room and breakfast area was very nice and clean. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was very good. The room was pleasant and clean. Staff was available to help if needed. It was obvious that the property was in the process of a renovation. Our room felt very clean and updated.

As noted, it looked like a rennovation was in in process. The front lobby area and hall carpeting was in need of updating and replacing.

Location

The shower handle was broken rendering it unusable. The water temperature couldn't be changed since I dint travel with a Phillips screw driver.

Clean, comfortable, friendly

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with delicious pancakes. Climate-friendly syrup dispenser and salt and pepper shakers instead of individual packets.

No way to plug bathtub, so could only take a shower, no bath. Styrofoam plates and cups NOT climate-friendly.
