we will never stay at this hotel again!

While the property is under a renovation, there was trash from the renovation laying around the hall ways. The door on our one room wouldn’t lock properly (wasn’t installed correctly). The workers renovating the hotel were trying to clog up the front desk to flirt with the employee. The description of our reservation also did not equal to what we were given!

I would return.

Nice location. Plenty of restaurants in the same lot. Everything was a very short walk. If I was to stay in the area again l would book a room here.

I have no complaints. Was a very comfortable stay.

I will not go back

the beds were comfortable. I liked having the kitchenette and space. bathroom was clean

The rooms were not fully stocked with stuff. the carpet was dirty looking . Under the bed there was beer can and dirt. Behind the chair was dirty. my room smelled like pepper or curry like someone cooked in there . terrible odor

The front desk was inattentive, room was dirty, linens were missing. Not a good experience.

Location, suite style rooms.

Staff, cleanliness, lack of linens in room, smell in room, musky odor in room.

unimpressive, over priced, dingy but acceptable if you need to be in that region

the room was more like a studio apartment with a full kitchen; guest self-laundry; beds were super comfortable

the rug in the room was wet, moldy and filthy, so much so that when we walked on the rug before stepping into the shower, we would have black dirt and grime wash off or feet. we did not want to walk on the rug without shoes; the rooms were only cleaned once a week, being an extended stay facility; we had to bring dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones in a daily basis; we had to bring garbage out to dumpsters in the lobby on a daily basis

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room had a fridge, dishwasher, so yes, real dishes, a two burner stove, sink and a great shower.

The room I booked on booking, a bed and and a sleeper sofa was not what I got. But they switched us, so my sister in law had her own bed and I had one too. It was accommodating

The size of the room was very nice. And the staff was also very nice!

The toilet was not cleaned. The shampoo and body wash were empty, and the toilet paper roll ran out and there was not an extra one. There were no pillows, sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. There were only two towels. The towels were very rough and not comfortable to dry off with. And no floor mat.

Paid too much for the little I got

I liked the hot tub and pool

I felt I played WAY to much for things I DID NOT GET ..NO WASHER OR DRYER OR HOT TUB IN MY ROOM WHICH STATED ON MY BOOKING. BIG Burnt MARK ON MY FLOOR WHEN WHEN I WALKED IN. They wanted us to clean up our own trash and take it away. Sorry I am on vacation. Our view were big trash bins outside.. Bottom line don't believe what they write on booking.com!! Won't be staying at this hotel again. My family lives in Chambersburg so I will book another hotel next time and NOT use booking.com

Annual Family Get Together

Location and suites.

I have stayed at this property annually since 2015. Unfortunately, this property has really gone down hill. The rooms need to be remodeled…torn carpet, broken curtains that did not close over the entire window, no toilet paper roll holder and the in shower products were empty. The staff was always so kind and friendly in previous years. Some of the staff were abrasive during this trip. Unfortunately, I had to make several requests to obtain the hide a bed with our reservation as well as the extra linens and towels needed for my family. The complimentary laundry room has always been such a great asset to this property; however, it was in need of a thorough cleaning and I had to stay there to ensure my laundry was not removed by other patrons this visit. Unless there are some major changes including renovation/remodeling, this will have to be our last stay at this property for our annual trip.

Our room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bedding was outstanding.(going to buy the IGH pillows, loved them)

Disappointing

Lobby was clean and front desk Associate was knowledgeable and friendly with the initial transaction.

Lightbulbs in all three wall light fixtures did not work. Blood or food stains on pillow case linens. Long black hair on hair dryer in bath. Lamp shades were dusty and disgusting. Kitchen area was clean but was concerned to use them considering the overall condition of the room. Stains on carpet. tv remote was sticky to touch. Paint and wallpaper peeling. Facilities appear to be fairly new. It looks like this hotel is heavily used for the trade industry, so it gets used hard.
