Very good breakfast, large size of room, nice shower.

Housekeeping should change your sheets every day not every three days. That’s kind of gross. Also they should vacuum better. I think your shampoos and conditioners are too small. Products installed in shower that include bath wash are more convenient and those products can be bought in bulk to be cost effective and then just refilled. That’s how Hyatt does it.

Clean rooms, lovely staff, beautiful hotel! The price was much better than other similar hotels in the area and so worth it. Very comfortable!

The breakfast didn't have much variety and there was almost nothing for vegans.

The room didn’t have any light, only two small lights in the room that were not bright at all. I wonder if a kid bag was missing.

the new system for checking in double charged my stay and added an additional amount. I booked through booking.com prepaid via PayPal and was charged again on my credit card that was suppose to be for incidentals only, and then a third nights charge showed up when I was only there for 2 nights. 😑

The location was excellent with close proximity to the freeway and Eugene. We enjoyed the Hop Valley Brew Pub nearby. The front desk young man was personable and friendly.

The only thing I thought could be improved was the coffee. In the room and at breakfast it just wasn’t flavorful.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Rooms were warm and AC was restricted to only 65. Which kept shutting off.
