Great location. The hotel is under remodel but the hotel managed to keep it as normal as possible. We did have an issue with our first room but the hotel went above and beyond on a busy weekend and got us moved into a room with better water pressure.

Overall it was a nice experience.

I enjoyed staying at this historical hotel. Construction was still going on in the lobby and main floor, but they made it work, it was still a relaxing experience. I look forward to going back later this summer after it’s finished.

Breakfast was okay. Location was very good

Need more variety at breakfast. After a few days the same thing seems to change and you go out for something different. Rooms could be larger. Staff very friendly. Billing could be better.

every breakfast item was individually wrapped in plastic or in plastic tubs. Not environmental, labour cost and packaging expensive. Didn’t understand it. if you want your room cleaned you have to remember to put out the ‘maid’ sticker as default is not to clean rooms.

Nice getaway experience.

The continental breakfast was excellent. Fresh coffee, cookies, popcorn always available. Hotel location is perfect. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

I expected the hotel & our room decor to be classier, considering the history & name of the hotel. Decorating is rather ordinary, but neat & clean.

We would highly recommend staying at the Kalispell Grand Hotel. It is so much nicer than huge chains

Every single person we encountered at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. They just couldn't have been more helpful from a room change, to directions and suggestions for dinner, shops and things to see. The breakfast was delicious and we loved coming back after skiing to cookies and pop corn. Thank you so much!

Historical beauty with modern amenities and the best breakfast EVER!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great being right downtown close to shopping. The room was warm and very comfortable and quiet. Fabulous water pressure in the shower, thank you! Breakfast was beyond great. Quiche, apple baked oats, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. SO NICE to have such variety! You can't beat the charm of the place and it's historic roots. We hope to be back after the remodel to the original design. So exciting!

Having to leave! Unfortunately it was a one night stay :(

Would love to come back. Delightful hotel to stay in if you want to be in Kalispell.

Warm and delicious breakfast. Egg and oatmeal dishes baked on the premises.

Our room with the kingsize bed was a little noisy at night. We asked for a quieter room and were happy with a smaller back room with a queen bed. It all turned out fine.

Great place to stay in the middle of historic Kalispell

Beautiful Hotel in a great location. we could walk to any food or shopping. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the history of the Hotel. They offer fresh baked cookies and a lovely continental breakfast. Very dog friendly without even noticing there were dogs there. I will likely make this my go to Hotel when in Kalispell for now on.

We loved everything about this place. So glad we found it!! By far our best stay in Kalispell so far! We will highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all our friends and family!! Thank you for the best night of sleep I had had in a week!!

The only downside was traffic noise if you are not use to that.

It’s a grand old building… lots of character. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room had a window AC unit which was noisy…our room was street side and so when the AC unit wasn’t runnng the street noise was loud. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room so nowhere to keep anything.. the front desk guy said we could use the fridge downstairs and the microwave.. we appreciated the offer but really I don’t want to trek downstairs To get my stuff out of a fridge I was sharing with people I don’t know. Parking was behind the building and difficult to get to because Kalispell likes one way streets I wouldn’t stay again..
