The staff was unfriendly. Rude and started arguments

There was a courtyard that was quiet.
Lots of people who didn’t seem to belong there milling around the lobby. Seemed sketchy. The deadbolts didn’t work.

It was available
It was very sketchy clientele. There was no lock on the door and no fire alarm

Everything, the room was dirty, the ac didnt work, the staff took 4 hours to bring a pillow. The pool said it was open and then we go in and find a CLOSED BY THE CITY SIGN DUE TO HOW DIRTY IT WAS.

I don’t have any problem about food bad room I have a big complaint about garbage toilet paper, clean towels, smell stinky it’s all dirty so I wanna recommend the service is for nobody that’s not good
I recommend that you guys pick it out the garbage every single day bring a clean towel, checking us to one and toilet paper because nobody got to check in my room. Nobody listen to me when I ask you for toilet paper and clean towels in the garbage I want to clean myself because nobody put attention to me.

The bedsheets were clean , the beer on the lounge was good ..
The lobby was really cool looking and clean but very misleading . You weren't allowed to have extra towels in the room unless you were returning your old ones even if it was for the pool. There was no extra roll of toilet paper, mold in the bathroom shower curtain, the secondary lock on the door look like the door had been busted in at some point. Room curtain didn't close and didn't seem to be hung properly or missing hooks , floor was sticky and The toilet in the bathroom didn't seem to be mounted right and shifted very loudly whenever you stood up or sat down on it. There's no phones to call the front desk in the room.. handprints on the mirror still at check-in and their towels are like sandpaper. The pool area was nasty felt slimey, no towels and raised tiles everywhere ,overflowing garbage very grungie.

The young man who checked me in was friendly and efficient
The facility is run down. The room was sketchy. Someone had left a “spit” cup on the bedside stand. There was only one towel in the room and no soap or shampoo. The breakfast room had no coffee. The desk staff seemed pretty disinterested

Staff was nice enough
The breakfast was very limited and there were no plates. The hotel is very confusing and outdated.

The lobby felt like I was stepping back into the 70’s
Upon arrival we were notified that our room was on the east side of the building and we Seoul’s have our own entrance. We drove around to the east side of the building and the first thing I noticed was the parking lot was covered in snow and hadn’t been plowed. But then I looked at the building and I instantly cringed. It reminded me of the hotel on “My name is Earl”. You know, the seedy, by the hour, two story style building where everyone has their own door facing the exterior. I was internally panicking. We go to get out of the truck and I noticed a couple of people outside that look like they’ve just experienced the real life version of “The Hangover”. Going up the stairs I smelled an overpowering amount of cleaner like the place was either recently a crime scene or, one of the maids thought that she could wash away the 40 years of sins committed within the walls. Finally we get to the door of our room and the window to our left has a giant crack all the way through it. The door opens and I feel like I’ve walked into “Fear and loathing in Las Vegas” and I can’t even fathom how much cocaine has been done in this room. Broken windows, plaster falling off the walls, every corner lined with dust and dirt, the bathroom had about 8 different shades of white patch painted throughout the walls. The bed had a full wall unit style headboard with cabinets. We found 2 boxes of condoms in one of them. I’m not sure if that’s an amenity with this hotel (I would’ve preferred more soap) or if it was something that was left behind by a previous occupant.

Comfy bed. Good location.
Handicap room, had no shelves in shower or bathroom to set shampoo, etc. on. No lid on toilet seat. Carpet edges had sharp nails sticking out. We were told breakfast was from 6 to 10 a.m., but at 9:30 a.m. the hot food was gone.

the location was right off the highway so it was easy to find
I walked in and the staff was laying on the sofa with a blanket and pillow then just looked at me and finally asked if I wanted a room. I think she was on drugs very agitated and all over the place, she was cussing a ton and just overall extremely unprofessional 10/10 would not recommend or stay again!

That sheets didn't look clean and there was hair and black stuff in all the drawers.

Felt unsafe, not advertised casino at location. Questionable characters in parking lot in back, where our room was. People driving and hanging around.

There are only two positives for this hotel. The front desk worker, Rick, and the location.
The hotel is very dated. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The furnishings were broken. The bathroom needed a major remodel. I'm not sure if it was dirty, or just really OLD tile and caulking.

clean, well kept
Many people around the outside of the motel who didn’t seem to be staying there. Made me feel a little unsafe.

The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was dirty. The TV kept telling us there was no signal. The room was hot and the air did not work.
