Overbooked king suite

Location

Reserved a king suite, was given a queen, no king available. No refund of price difference due to third party booking.

Will be back!

Love the rooms! They are so spacious with extra long desk so you can have your whole set up for work! There's a full fridge, although the last time we stayed in the exact location we only had a mini fridge, a dishwasher, and many kitchen necessities.

Only downside is the location, and wish there was more food near them, ideally in walking distance but still great overall.

Smelly hotel in good location.

Location was very central with easy access to grocery, gas and shopping sites. Multiple complimentary washers and dryers on site. Easy check in. The room was spacious.

No breakfast, had to do your own waste management and collect your towels. The hall and room had a strange, musty odor. The hallway was stronger smelling. Refrigerator was very noisy. Water pressure in the shower was extremely forceful.

It was perfect!

It was very clean, the staff were excellent, and the water pressure was to *die* for. Our room had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal—we didn’t use any of them., but we thought it was cool. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing we struggled with was the thermostat, and I think that was mostly us being dumb. We figured it out in the end!

Disappointing

Right off of I-81 on our route. Large and clean rooms

Noise. Thin walls. Heard barking dogs, walking children, and parole taking on the hallways much of the night.

We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious and had a full, well-equipped kitchen.

The room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen, and the desk area was much larger than most hotels. The bed was comfortable. We liked the fitness center; it was very well equipped.

No breakfast offered, but that was not a game changer for us. With having a full refrigerator there and a microwave, we were able to fix our own breakfast, as well as our evening meal.

Location was very good.

Slippery grimey bath and kitchen floors. Smelly hallways. No breakfast included 😞. Homewood Suites for me from now on! Same price.

The room was VERY clean

The pictures online showed much more grassy areas to walk my dogs. When we got there, there was almost no grass on the hotel property. The person we checked in with could have been nicer and more helpful;. She acted like we were a bother

Not the greatest upkeep…rust on towel racks in the bathroom, a few ants, wooden cabinets pretty beat up, water on the floor.

Our Christmas Get-Away

Spent 3 nights here in a 1 bedroom suite.. and the room was beautiful!! Very clean and updated. Kitchen came with everything we needed (dishes, silverware, toaster and frying pan). And they have other items in the lending locker that you can check out and use.. We borrowed the waffle maker one morning for our breakfast and a boardgame another night. The staff was amazing, they were just the nicest people I've met at any hotel I've been too. They are very pet friendly too.. we brought our dog and rabbit with us. They even have a jar of doggy treats in the lobby which our Elly Mae loved after her potty walks! We are already planning our next trip back!!

Disappointed

I accidentally left clothing on a hanger in the closet. I called and asked the manager to contact me. I said I'd certainly be willing to pay the shipping cost along with a bonus for their trouble. Being from NJ, a return trip to retrieve my belongings was not possible. Never heard back from the manager. Will never return to this hotel.

No real complaints, we had a great stay!! We would come again.

Comfy, very large king bed. Lots of space and counter/table space. Nice to have ice in the room with full refrigerator. Comfortable chairs. Very pleasant staff who welcomed our two small fluffy dogs.. Grounds with grassy areas cleaner than most.

Coffee maker did not stay on without some coercion. Reported to the desk when we checked out so it could be repaired/replaced. No hand soap or toiletries in room.

We had a few ants that was coming through a crack above the AC unit but never bothered us.

Pleasant

The service. Front desk lady was the friendliest hotel check in person I have ever encountered. She personally and immediately delivered extra towels when we called. That never happens!

The plastic bag over the smoke detector in our room. Clearly someone’s attempt to get away with smoking in the hotel.
