A classic hotel. Beautiful lobby area, lots of history, great location. Friendly reception staff.

Ate at the Italian restaurant in the hotel. Very slow on being greeted and seated even though it wasn't that busy (arrived well after the normal dinner rush). No coffee/tea making facilities in the room a real negative for me.

Great location, great shops and of course the ducks! Rooms were lovely!

The bathrooms were interesting….very small!

The historical value of this hotel is priceless. Very classy, amenities and restaurants all on site.

ambiance and design of the interior of the Peabody, also the staff was excellent, both the front desk, doormen, valet, bellman and room attendants.

the crowds for the duck walks became somewhat unwieldy, i get that this is a big tourist draw, however as a paying guest, i think it makes sense to limit attendance of the nonpaying guests.

Omg,,,,, 🥰🥰🥰🥰 there was everything to love about this hotel. Our room was fabulous. Parking was right on time. The bar was very nice, we really enjoyed the ducks. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants inside the hotel, but we did visit the clothing stores that was in the hotel. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and did a great job cleaning and making the bed. My overall experience at the Peabody was amazing 👍👍👍👍👍, thank you for making my birthday stay with you one to remember

We liked that the property was close to the Epic Center

The front desk was very rude. Customer Service at the front desk was trash. I got charged for other people things. I’m waiting on it to be fixed I will be calling Corporate

Good location, nice hotel

The hotel decor. The bed. The ducks. The size of the room. All equally excellent! The Peabody is a perfect mix of opulence charm, and character. Hands down one of the best hotels either I or my husband ever stayed in. If you find yourself in Memphis this is THE place to stay. I wouldn't even consider other options if I were ever to come back. Oh, and they let us check in at 5am and let us into the room, which was a blessing for two people straight off Amtrak. I could have wept with gratitude.

A very minor point but would have been nice if the reception staff could have booked the taxi for us rather than just offering phone numbers. They were all super polite and very welcoming though - so that's just nitpicking. This is a GREAT hotel.
