Taken care of.

View of Columbia River was beautiful. Security was visible, but not tacky. Room was comfortable. I did not get to enjoy pool or hot tub, but they looked inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very small issue with dinner, not a big deal, manager was fabulous.

Wish I could have stayed longer.

This was a great stay!!!

Room was great for price. Hot water was hot every time we showered. Location was convenient and near gas station, food, and stores. Staff was great as well.

Staff was friendly and helpful, pool, room and location of room was nice with a ok view.

After staff entered my room to clean it there was 40$ missing out of my wallet and my wallet was open and placed oddly in my purse. Never ever had this happen very frustrating. And do not waste your money on the food, The food was horribly overpriced and not good at all, frozen boxed food in an expensive nice restaurant very very disappointing.

Nice pool area, needs a bit of an update.

Air conditioning was not working properly, engineer came to try to adjust. Came to ready-made breakfast but was cold due to heating system turned off. Had to wait forever for breakfast, very under-staffed. Staff did their best but were still in first weeks of employment.

High quality hotel on the Columbia River with many ammenities, be mindful that some of the rooms are near the freeway.

This is a great location with easy access to Portland, I-5, and Vancouver. Shopping and some restaurants are nearby. The river is a great bonus, as is a walkway along the river. The outdoors pool is larger than most hotel pools and there are tennis/pickle-ball courts as well. This is also where the America’s Cruise Line disembarks from their Columbia River cruise. Large conference facilities accommodate many outside groups. Staff were very helpful - I had a non-functioning Keurig in my room and someone came to replace it immediately. There are many places in Portland where you may have homeless encampments nearby, but this is not one of them. As of my visit in 2023, the grounds were regularly patrolled by security and felt safe and secure.

The west wing rooms on the west side of the building face the freeway and can be very noisy. Be aware of this when booking and asking about where room placement is. There are very nice views available from the rest of the hotel.

All in all very nice but could use a bit more attention to detail/cleanliness to bring it up a notch

The breakfast was delicious! Lots of selection on the menu. The pool area was also very nice. The view of the river was beautiful as well. The hotel room and hallways were very wide and spacious.

Cleanliness overall - the view from almost every spot was great but the windows were all fairly grungy; the gym was very unkempt - garbage can overflowing, floor not vacuumed. The room itself was very clean, except the bathroom floor had quite a bit of hair in the corners and also two dried up contact lenses stuck to the floor.

Loud bridge.

Very loud noise from the bridge. The room is not soundproofed. It was impossible to sleep. Feeling like you're on the side of the freeway.

Overall a beautiful location and hotel

We had a beautiful big room with a gorgeous view.

We stayed 2 nights and even though housekeeping came in and emptied a garbage can and dropped off more shampoo they didn’t restock the coffee or cups so we couldn’t have coffee in the room the next morning . It just seemed weird that they would give you more shampoo but not coffee. For almost $400 a night I expected better

Amazing room, courtesy of a thoughtful check-in clerk.

Amazing- the young lady checking us in upgraded our double queen room to a fantastic suite. I’ve never seen a hotel room so large, and it had two patios/balconies. I spent my whole weekend trip boggling at just how much space and storage we had. It felt luxurious, and made the trip so much better.

There was a performing arts conference of some kind in the conference room next to our suite, and when I left my door latched open so my partner could get back in after grabbing coffee, two kids kept trying to shove open my door. I had to hold it closed to keep them from messing with the door. The kids from this conference were running wild in the halls, which was pretty unpleasant.

great place to stay but restaurant staff needs work

hotel part of the staff was great fast check in and out.

The restaurant staff was sub par at best 30 min to get a dinner drink after waiting 30 min to even come to my table. then he couldn’t make the correct drink. breakfast cook didn’t even toast the toast he send out cold bread. would stay here again but not eat there!!!!

It was great for the one day were were there.

The check in process was quick and easy. Room was very comfortable. We ate dinner & breakfast, food was great, service was slow at breakfast due to staffing issues. We understood that.

When we arrived at the room it was great. Used the restroom and found the floor and bath were not fully cleaned. There was hair left in the tub and on the floor.
