Meh.

Comfy beds.

The room I stayed in was shabby and snelled weird. Nothing was well cleaned and I think the bed sheets were not fresh which raised the ick factor for me. I requested maid service and never got it. Definite improvement in room cleanliness is needed. It felt like a cheap motel room.

We stayed the week before on the top floor and it was peaceful

This stay we requested the top floor but got the second and we had a lot of noise above us so it hurt our sleep.

YES! BOOK HERE! You won’t regret it.

read the reviews before you book!! this place is perfect! everything. we love everything. this will be the only place we stay from here on out. I’ve never slept on pillows so comfortable. in a room so quiet with such wonderful staff. the man at the desk last night was quite exceptional. exceptional is an understatement. other hotels need to take note. he was very friendly accommodating and even put us on the top floor away from all the kids he knew were on the 1st and 2nd. he was super kind and answered all of our questions. the pool and hot tub were very nice. think it cleared our eyes out for a year but that just means it was super clean. the bed and the pull out bed were super comfy. the dove soap in the showers were awesome. the breakfast Buffett was HUGE! and they have these Cinnabon things. super yummy. this will be the only place we stay when we come to SLC which is about every weekend.

Great location would stay again

Convenient location for going up to the ski resorts. Decent breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The pool must have been absolutely loaded with chlorine. Couldn't stand to be in the pool/hot tub for more than a few minutes before my eyes were burning from just being in the room.

Good hotel for ski trip - Large room

- Large room w/ pullout sofa bed - Good breakfast. Typical hotel fare. - Nice pool and hot tub area - Nice lobby area

- Timer on hot tub was broken - Room keycard was difficult to operate. - Room door closed but did not latch on occasion. Could be security issue. - The keycard access on end of building did not work but hotel room was on that side of building

Close to my son's home. The bed was clean and fresh sheets and pillowcases

I took a black light to inspect the bed and the room. The bed was clean. The walls had some liquid splashes around the couch but nothing on the couch itself.

Clean, friendly and professional.

Due to COVID restrictions house cleaning folks are not allowed in you room. If you need clean towel, sheets, Coffee, tea or other you have to go ask the main desk and ask for what you need. It is a do it yourself service. A minor inconvenience.

Comfortable, centrally located, CLEAN! Would recommend

It was located so close to a huge variety of restaurants and shops and the Fashion Mall. It was clean the staff was helpful and clear regarding breakfast and housekeeping. Only reason I gave 1 less star is I believe ALL hotels are over priced and look for the best discounts. We were informed when we return in Feb. if we prepay get a discount. That brought us back.

Second day only 1 cup of coffee in the pot, and no one around to ask to make more. No sausage there were bagels but no cream cheese offered A lower price overall.

Precarious and unfortunate breakfast, is it a laugh or a cry that produces the breakfast of this fateful hotel

Very poor service at this hotel in this city, old hotel and in poor condition and the person at the reception does not know the word service

Basic standard hotel. I don't travel much, kind of pricey

Found some mold in the bathroom, informed front desk when left. Minor but, enough to catch my attention.
