It was enjoyable and no stress! Overall great vacation

Easy access to everything. Loved the pool and tiki bar that was close to the pool. Access to the beach was great.

Wish the pool stayed open little later to 11:00 and disappointed not a place to get coffee. Had to go next door or accross the street.

Wouldn’t again.

Our rate said breakfast was included - facility refused to include breakfast - said that’s what we get for booking 3rd party. Parents were letting their Kids were putting food in hot tubs staff doesn’t address patrons being gross breaking posted rules Lots of trash in pool area

There is no better atmosphere, staff and attention to detail anywhere else.

We came to Pensacola to check out the area as a future vacation destination

Closeness to restaurants and beach.

In our room there was only one very uncomfortable chair to sit on. A love seat or a second chair would make it more comfortable.

Tolles Hotel direkt an einem Traumstrand - ideal für Familien

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem traumhaften Sandstrand und hat eine tolle, insbesondre für Kinder attraktive Poolanlage. Der Pool des benachbarten Hotels kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war super-freundlich

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war im Verhältnis zum Preis nichts besonderes, insbesondere wenn man kein herzhaftes Frühstück möchte, es gab nicht einmal grünen Tee

erholsame Ferien mit Sandstrand vor der Tür

Der Strand mit dem weissen Pulversand war wunderschön. Die Poolanlage vom Hotel war ebenfalls super und etwas windgeschützt. Das Frühstück konnte man vom Buffet oder à la Carte haben und war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem.

Leider gibt es nebenan eine Hotelanlage, welche am Nachmittag Schatten auf die Poolanlage wirft.

Great family friendly atmosphere! We loved that the kids ate free!

Great view from the balcony!!! We really loved the nightly movies in the pool! The relaxing music playing in the morning was a very nice touch.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable. The bathroom lighting was a little too dim.

Our stay was awesome! Very comfortable feel.

The complimentary water was great…in the lobby and poolside, as water can be expensive at some places. Very kid friendly with movie nights by the pool every night, and mermaids during the day. Also, being able to go to the neighboring pools was pretty cool. Great location, too…everything you need is within walking distance.

Our room wasn’t cleaned and the parking was awful especially to have to pay. Our room keys stopped working and we had to get escorted back to the room since we didn’t have our wallets on us while at the pool or was pretty embarrassing

We liked it so much that we’ll be back to Holiday Inn Resort next summer!!

All of the staff was very friendly. This hotel is super clean. Very kid friendly!

Only thing is… it needs a coffee shop inside.

Multiple pools, multiple hot tubs, Live pirate show for kids, live mermaids maids for kids, kid movies in the pool were projected. plenty of food and drink options on location. Most important of all front desk top notch, They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy

Wonderful, memorable, stay in paradise!

I enjoyed the stair climbing when the elevator was stalled. The quiet rooms. The helpful, kind staff. The food was good at lunch and breakfast. The shells on the beach were whole and not broken. Peace & Gratitude, James and Laura

The elevator was small and one was out of order for the construction. The rest was not bad. It reminded us of being in an airplane. The view was majestic from the 11th floor. Peace & Gratitude, James & Laura.
