Will think twice about returning now

Location on the beach

Drilling over the two days of our stay, Staff was rather rude when I informed them about drilling . Old crumple pillow that had lost all puffiness. Seemed like they were all ruined in the wash or something. I used a towel as substitute pillow. No apologies for drilling when I commented about drilling and showed poor attitude. It’s a shame as it was our 2nd time staying there.

J’y retournerais sans hésiter avec ma famille !

La chambre était super belle, très spacieuse, balcon vue sur la mer, propre, avec beaucoup d’équipements. Le divan lit était assez confortable. Très facile d’accès pour aller à la plage et possibilité de louer des chaises ou planches. La plage était super belle, Life guard présent. Petit déjeuner inclus, très basique, mais adéquat. Parking facile d’accès et gratuit. Cocktail gratuit en soirée.

L’eau de la piscine était brouillée. Ventilation très bruyante dans la chambre.

Thank you for an amazing 50th Anniversary!!

We loved our room, the facilities are clean & well maintained. The staff was amazing on all levels. We had cocktails downstairs in the evenings & enjoyed just relaxing. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary & not once, when we spoke with the front desk on numerous occasions did, they neglect to wish us & congratulate us on our Anniversary. They were very kind

Keep looking!

Not new. Its a very old condo that has been redone in select areas in recent years. Smelled pot right upon arrival after parking underground. Like many of the oceanfront condos in Daytona sadly they are all run down. Keep driving further South or North. Daytona is not what it used to be and not where I would take my family. Areas are grown up, not well maintained, there are abandoned buildings and many homeless out and about on street corners. So sad to see Daytona like this. We wont be going back.

It’s a good value. The mattress was too stiff for us and room was too hot for us. Other than that it’s a decent hotel

The hotel was clean. Enjoyed the balcony view of the beach and it was really quiet.

Our first night our sheets and pillow cases had stains on them.. took them down to the front desk they replaced them and apologized. The ac unit was blowing cold, but felt like it was struggling to keep our room cool. We got hot at night and the beds were uncomfortable to us. We had terrible back pain from them and tossed and turned. Other than that no other complaints.

We paid for 2 nights...Left after first 5 minutes there

Not much. First time in my life I ever left a hotel after checking in and couldn't stay there.

Our room door wasn't locked. That alone was creepy. We walk in and the balcony door had been left wide open. My husband literally had to look around and make sure nobody was in or hiding in our room!!! The bathroom sink was literally just a sink...you could maybe fit a toothbrush on it. Then my husband tries to use the bathroom and the toilet doesn't work and has water dripping from it. I have a lot of allergies including a bee allergy..you cannot leave the balcony door wide open like that all day/evening in Florida by the beach. We were not comfortable staying there at that point and went right back down to the desk. All she offered us was to get a maintenance guy there at some point to work on our toilet! No thank you. I am not waiting all night for someone to work on a toilet when it was already after 930pm. We had to leave the hotel and find another room elsewhere that of course cost us a lot more $$. Booking.com was amazing and helped us right away the next day to get us a refund from the hotel. We had paid for two nights and the hotel wouldn't help me with a refund. Thank you booking.com for your prompt help and service!

Great place for a family to go!

There was easy access to the beach. The pool was heated. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great.

The coffee maker was not great.

Amazing! Planning our next trip here already!

This place is amazing! The staff was very helpful with everything. Everything was so clean and bright. We are already planning our next stay here.

If there was anything to complain about is the parking lot..not garage..is a very tight fit for bigger vehicles. But honestly..no real complaints

We had a great time, my best friend and I. This was my second stay, and I will definitely stay again

Our room was huge, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The core was incredible from our balcony and the window!

Nothing. The elevator was out one night, but it had been struck by lightning.

We enjoyed our stay - would stay again

Clean, Great oceanfront room, spacious, housekeeping was so nice! we have missed having that service post covid. offered daily. Tropical storm Nicole hit the area hard! we were surprised! This hotel is working hard to have all amenities available again.

elevator is slow, not enough seating around the pool area, more seating on balcony would be nice in double rooms.

The rooms were excellent and all they offered. View was fantastic! Housekeeping was great! Understandably the outside amenities could not be used due to hurricane damage so could not be rated. Happy giur was nice.

The front desk staff were not service oriented nor particularly friendly. They were lackluster and seemed uninterested in making it a pleasant stay. The kitchen staff were great though.

it’s so nice view to see the ocean and beachfront! so relaxing! All their employees were so smiling and friendly!

Well, we were looking forward for hot tub but unfortunately it’s closed due hurricane damaged. They are still working on new tiles around the pool and hot tub. Later they are fixing the steps toward to the beachfront.
