Happy Stay!

So clean and everyone was helpful and friendly! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were close to everything we needed.

the location was good and the breakfast was good

1st night next door someone very loud and noisy at about 530am. called desk, told they'd check it out. complained at desk and was told because of how we booked they couldn't comp us. offered something from their gift shop (snack area) not worth it. 2nd night young people running up and down hall way. Saturday morning elevator wasn't working. why put a handicap room on 3rd floor. floor in room?? hard to get down to 1st floor when handicapped. The room had crumbs on floor and some coins on floor. Probably won't stay there again. Not worth it

WONDERFUL WILL COME BACK AGAIN

EXCELENT FREE HOT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AT THE HOLIDAY IN EXPRESS. PET FRIENDLY - BUT EXTRA CHARGE PER DAY FOR IT CLOSE TO CONFRENCE CENTER, BUT BECAUSE WE HAD A DOG WITH US WE WERE TRANSFERED OVER TO THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. (WHICH FREE BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED THERE SO ACTUALLY WORKED OUT BETTER) EASY WALK TO BAR/GRILL ACCROSS THE STREET ATTHE HOLIDAY IN CONVENTION CENTER. GREAT FOOD AND STAFF THERE.

A BIT CONFUSED BOOKED ONLINE AT HOLIDAY IN CONVENTION CENTER BUT ENDED UP AT THE EXPRESS ACCROSS THE STREET, WORKED OUT BETTER THOUGH WITH AN AWESOME CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. ALSO DIDNT LET US KNOW OF THE $30 SURCHARGE PER NIGHT PER ROOM (WE ORGINALLY HAD ADJOINING ROOMS BOOKED) FOR A PET. BUT THEY CALLED US A FEW DAYS BEFORE AND MADE IT WORK.

A nice weekend, good hotel stay, staff friendly and attentive.

Room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice. Overall very good and would return.

Two little annoyances, when the room next to us was using the shower there was an intermittent knocking noise in our room from the pipes in the wall next to the bed. Also was one of the busier weekends in Stevens Point due to the NCAA Baseball tournament and UWSP graduation weekend. The hotel was packed, but they made the decision to clean the carpets on a Saturday afternoon of the busiest weekend. That seemed like a poor choice as it was loud enough without the carpet shampoo machine running outside the door for an hour straight. Understand the need to do that to maintain a nice clean hotel, just thought maybe a Tuesday afternoon would have been a better day for that.

Overall this hotel chain is always clean& spotless and the staff is alway friendly and professional. We are in town for college family day.

Our room smelled like pets(dogs) and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was no iron in the room however I did ask the front desk staff. She was friendly and took care of it. We didn’t complain about the room smell or the carpet. We used room spray to get rid of it. We understand that in 2021 there is a shortage of workers everywhere-so we were understanding and just ignore it.
