Very nice experience!

Staff was super nice! Loved the quality of the complimentary soap/schampoo, came in very handy as my partner forgot his schampoo. Breakfast was good, also just the fact that breakfast was included in the low rates was super nice Area felt safe and was quiet

We would stay there again for sure.

Customer service was above and beyond. The air conditioning was great.

The shower didn’t drain well and the toilet seat had a clear coat that was peeling off. It was fine just needs updating.

Disappointing

I can't recommend this property, but the beds, at least, were comfortable and of recent vintage. TV offered hundreds of available channels...if that's important to you.

Very dated and very dingy...though short of bulldozing it and starting again, it'd be very hard to fix. Super tiny bathrooms with the old kind of low-flow toilets from 15 years ago that, lacking any suction at all, mean you have to flush multiple times for any "non-liquid" job. Loud AC. The room I was in had a connecting door to the adjoining room...and through that door I could hear every word the drunken truckers in the next room said, as well as the TV that they left on all night. Minimal "breakfast," even by chain motel standards. Rooms only made up on a daily basis "upon request." It used to be that the Ramada brand signified a slightly better experience than that other ubiquitous Wyndham brand, Super 8, but this hotel is a Super 8 in all but name....so why not just stay at the Super 8 next door for less?

Staff was great, the facilities were not.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was very good and the staff for breakfast was phenomenal. With the problems that we had the staff was willing to give us a discount that was very helpful.

The TV never worked and the towel rack started coming off the wall. We never got an update after the first day about the TV or any progress to get it fixed.

It was a pleasant stay; close to Main Street with dining and shopping.

It was located within a mile of the Shakespeare Festival, and this was great. We had a king room which was plenty large for us. It was pet friendly which was perfect for us and our dog. The pet policy was fair and not ultra strict. It was close to Bryce National Park, Cedar Breaks, Navajo Lake, and Duck Creek; all great camping and fishing spots!

The rooms could use an update, but everything was clean and well maintained.

Not happy with accommodations layout was difficult to navigate

The breakfast was so so no where near as good as the previous one in Ely Nevada

Over crowded breakfast room not enough space for hotel guest on the weekend. Seems lots of corners were cut coffee pot in rooms subpar amount in round 1 cup per person
