It was gross!

I was satisfied and would book there again. It was a comfortable stay.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient to everything in the area. I've stayed here before, as I use the White River Junction VA Hospital across the street for my primary care.

The new bathroom door didn't close completely and the woodwork in it was worn and dirty looking.

Amazing staff! Clean!

Staff were amazing All super responsive helpful and wonderful. Any issues they were easily overcome. Love this place!! Housekeeping is great and the room was spotless. Front desk informing welcoming and kind.

Pool colder than expected but I am sensitive!! Fitness closed but offered use next door facilities , so great! Had a leak in the bathroom but they fixed it quickly and offered a room change which I declined it was not a big deal !

Very disappointing. Won’t stay ther again

A room was available on a busy weekend

No longer breakfast included. Dining area gutted of furniture. Pool drained. Looks like the place sold and they were just cashing in on some final customers. Front desk check in person did not like her job.

The room was large but the staff was not very responsive to issues.

The room was large enough for three adults and had a refrigerator in it.

The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and the vent was dirty. The housekeeping staff made the beds each day, but did not replenish toiletries or take dirty linens away. The door was very difficult to close. There was no fan in the bathroom which led to the whole room feeling damp. When issues were brought to the attention of the hotel staff, they did not offer to move our room. Although it seemed there would have been some sort of breakfast, the only thing offered was coffee.

Well, when we got to hotel the pool was drained and there was no notice on the website and I booked our rooms that morning. The manager was super nice trying to help us find a hotel with a pool. Even when we had a second hiccup in our stay… the manager was super helpful again and we appreciated her kindness.

Bummer that the pool was being fixed.

Okay for an overnight stay. We slept well. Hotel charges a lot and doesn’t deliver. Lucky I had a decent discount.

Our beds were comfortable.

The pool was empty - so no pool if you want one. Desk person was not welcoming. Our room - despite this being a nonsmoking hotel - smells of stale cigarette.

Overall a nice hotel. Neat that they have a life guard.

Pools, large rooms, free laundry! Super clean bathrooms!

No coffee in the lobby or water. Indoor pool was only open at night, so no hot tub. Couldn’t eat your own food at the pool even though there were tables. No table in the room to eat meals on. The beds were too soft in one of our rooms. (524)

Worst experience of a stay I have ever had and crappy staff except the “houseman” that tried to help

Nothing except checking out and having to sing to my toddler while on a luggage cart in the lobby, well after bedtime( he thought that was fun and thankfully he can make others laugh)

Absolutely the very worst experience I’ve ever had. Dirty room, refusing a refund ( this was the second room, first actually had someone staying in it) , 95° without fans, staff that were awful( except the “houseman” who tried, sitting in a hallway at 10pm with my toddler… the list continues

Great place to stay in WRJ

Very nice room. Within walking distance of an EV charger.

It's not that I didn't like this, I just found it odd: We had a dog with us. When we checked in we were told that if the dog pooped on their property, there would be a fine. "How would they know it was our dog's poop?" I wondered. Then they took a DNA swab from our dog's mouth. I can't imagine that they send in every dog's DNA. They gave us a brochure. I think it's just advertising for a company that will run your dog's DNA. I know what he is a pug/terrier.

Sink in bathroom leaked into cabinet below. Told them Fri, and word never filtered to maintenance. Sticky not put on top, no work order issues. Had to use small sink in kitchenette all weekend. Found some bugs in bathroom. Pool was very cold.

for a cheap bed to stay in for a few days, it didn't he job!

close to what I needed, affordable, nice staff,

no housekeeping, which I didn't need but wasn't aware. smokers are also in the building, dogs, very thin walls.

not the cleanest there were empty water bottles under our bed and someone’s hair all over the shower curtain.there was also a strong smell of pot in our room coming from someone else’s room or outside

Great full kitchen in the King Suite !

They accepted our dog for a fee and were very accommodating about having the baby.

Wish it had a hot tub , but we knew ahead of time that it didn’t.

We have stayed on two separate occasions which we booked through a third party. There were problems with the reservation both times through no fault of the hotel. The staff managed to accommodate us both times and turned what could have been a disastrous experience into a good one. I would not hesitate to use them again but will be calling the hotel directly for reservations.

Old and there was no breakfast offered and the coffee that they did offer the cannisters were empty.

The rooms need to be updated.
