Best Property in Little Rock!
This is one of the best places to stay in Little Rock. It is super clean, and the rooms are very spacious. The staff members are extremely welcoming and will assist you with anything you need. The location is central to downtown Little Rock and a great value for how awesome the stay is. The beds are very comfortable and the location is quiet! Amazing property.
The breakfast choices are limited, but there is a waffle and omelet bar that is spectacular!

Excellent surprise!
This accommodation was such a pleasant surprise. Honestly, as this was just a stopover for us on the way to San Marcos, TX, I did not look at reviews or info about this hotel beforehand. First, it is located in the city but has a private feel. I noticed there was a group of pilots and stewardesses from one of the largest airlines staying here (they were coming in right before we arrived.) The hotel sits next to a river, and the city lights outside our window at night were pretty. The entire building - which is much larger inside than expected - is exceptionally clean. I can be a bit picky about cleanliness, and the tile floors were shining, I did not see obvious dust, our beds were very clean and comfortable (we get 2 beds when traveling) and everything was where it should be (extra towels, washcloths in fan shape, plenty of TP, shampoos, conditioner and body wash dispensers had plenty...) The carpet in the halls had very distinct geometric patterns and colors and was very clean. There's a piano in the lobby with an attached, long atrium that stretches across the front of the hotel. It had plants and trees, with tables and chairs to sit, eat, or to just relax and have a drink. The restaurant is rated #1 in the area by a well-known travel app, and there is a Benihana restaurant on the premises as well! I was so excited about this because I had not been to a Benihana in years (it is a steak and sushi eatery where 8 people are seated around a hibachi table, and a personal chef cooks your meal in front of you.) My husband had never been to this famous eating chain! So, we had a late supper there, and the food and meats were tender and delicious. Our table chef was very nice and an excellent cook. My steak was perfection. Then, after a great sleep, the shower was great/not weak like some can be. We went to the buffet breakfast, and it was one of the best cooked hotel breakfast offerings we've seen (and we have been in many countries and hotels.
For breakfast, they only had 1 coffee - no decaf. We like half decaf, half regular coffee, so we can have 2 cups. They need to carry stevia sweetener, which is much healthier than the blue and pink artificial sweeteners. As you can see, there were only small details missing.

Good hotel with great breakfast and excellent location. I wouldn't recommend the king suite
-The included breakfast was very good. It was well above and beyond your standard continental hotel breakfast. -The bathtub in the king suite was very large and nice. - The staff was friendly and very willing to help us resolve the couple of issues we had. -The location can't be beat. It's close to everything downtown, and right across the street from the ballpark - The building is only two stories so there are minimal stairs
- The king suite was just a room, not a true suite. It was also pretty small for the price - Free wifi, but it's unprotected. Highly recommend using a VPN - Our TV was broken but they were eventually able to get a new one. Staff was very helpful in this regard - Sliding door was almost impossible to open, so we had to leave the room to go to the pool. This is a minor issue, but it would be nice to be able to go directly to the pool from our room and vice versa

Was dissatisfied with the cleanliness at the price.
The bed was large. The staff attempted to make poor situations right. There was a large continental breakfast.
If there are security cameras, there’s very few. Did not feel safe. The first room we entered, the bathtub was dirty with black gunk in it. The second room, the stopper came off & looked like it was attempted to be called down. When we moved to the third room, it smelled like it was sprayed with an entire can of raid & the bathroom fan was on as if it was to dissipate the smell. We were given the option to move back to the second room or second floor new room. We went back to the second room. Just disappointed with the cleanliness. Overall, not worth the money.

Rooms not sound proof
Location was very try convenient
The rooms were not very sound proof. There was a lot of noise in the halls til 2-3am!! We went to the door once and asked if the neighbors would be quiet but I think that made it worse. I have never stayed in a hotel this noisy before.

Stay was okay but was less than my expectations.
The location was near the bicycle trail
The luggage cart was pitiful. There was construction going on just across from our room. There was plastic covering the hallway making everything more difficult. The bathroom was very small. We paid extra for a premium room that was just ordinary.
