Filthiest insect infested hotel ever

The staff was very friendly

Thats the dirtiest bed bug and roach infested hotel ever. The bathroom shower curtain was filthy. The refrigerator had mold growing in it. The place was FILTHY!!!

Not a good stay

I booked a room that should have had 2 beds, they tried to put them in a room with only 1 bed, also pool was down and looked to be out of service for a while, asked for discount since no pool but was not give one! other services were also not in working order. Maybe these booking platforms should send people to view these places they promote. Was not at all what they claimed!!

Have working amenities and a pool that you can actually swim in. Could really use a real good deep cleaning!!! Will not stay here again

We booked a double queen non smoking. They tried to put us in a single non smoking room, it smelled like marihuana smoke. They said they didn't have any non smoking double rooms. We excepted the double smoking roon. I wish we would have just left. I paid $80 for one night, not the 65 advertised. Didn't have a choice. The room was nasty, roaches everywhere, torn carpet, broken lamp shade, TV remote didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, smoke alarm torn from ceiling, burn holes in blankets, fridge was so iced over that the door wouldn't close. Roaches in the fridge.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room. There were not enough outlets to run the desk lamp, and the microwave at the same time. The TV initially did not work. We found that it was unplugged, probably by a housekeeper who had to use the outlet for her vacuum cleaner. There was no pop-up in the sink, so we could not fill the basin with water to shave with.

we didn’t stay because the people were rude and they didn’t have anything that they said they did

nothing the front desk person was rude, the pool was closed even though it said it was open online and they quit serving breakfast but didn’t change it in there website.

The price of the stay was reasonable. Staff was friendly.

There were cigarettes stains on the sheets, what appeared to be white bodily stains on the chairs,pillows weren't comfortable,TV didn't work at all.

Stay at yourown risk!!!!

location was great. There was no breakfast. Staff was not helpful and lazy!!!! Hotel was past its prime!!! the window was broken and open to the night and whatever else!!!!

We will not stay there again.

No breakfast. Nothing really.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. There was trash left in the hall over 3 days. The price we paid booking thru you was more than they charge to people who just walk in. The room was only made up upon request -- the sign for which we did not notice until we were leaving.

nothing we have always stopped here for years on our way back to Iowa from Louisiana and this hotel has went down to nothing.

Booked a room a smokeing king size bed was told they didnt have any smoke rooms left was gave non smoke room double bed she then then gave me ashtray said just open window when i smoke she kept saying she was 62yrs old and didnt understand the computer system

Putrid

This place was absolutley disgusting. It smelled of vomit, trash and the carpets were beyond soiled. The rooms were moldy, dusty, broken lights, desk. The art work was removed but screws and holders just painted over. Nasty stuff spilled on walls. Putrid doesn't do this hotel justice.

room was nasty, not clean at all we had to use the bathroom across the hall from us because ours was stopped up when we arrived and they couldn’t get it fixed. we will never stay again

I will be back to stay again!!

The front desk person was a big help and very polite. I couldn't have asked for better. I can see myself staying there again.

I didn't like I couldn't open the window. I didnt know if that was the only room available that I was asking so switching rooms could've been optional if there was a room available.
