Friendliness and service the way things used to be.

The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Was a real pleasure talking with him and when we checked out he sent us on our way with a prayer.

There was really nothing that I disliked. If you want kind friendly service for a hotel that actually cares about your comfort then this is the place to stay.

If you like an affordable, christian-based facility for the night; try this location. The gentleman was very polite and

Comfy bed, clean room and free wifi.

Of all the visibly open rooms, we were placed next door to a family with crying children and whomever slamming their door thru the night. Since we traveled 7+ hours to get there we figured we would just not ask for room change as we already unpacked and in pj’s. Also, the heater kept knocking ALL thru the entire night. We were not able to comfortably SLEEP despite being very tired and taking a melatonin. We did rest tho. We also believe the ad noted a coffee maker would be in our room, but not positive. Coffee in the facility was available for the morning which we did have.

Adequate. It was clean, run down. Shouldn’t advertise a pool that had been out of order for ages

Breakfast was meager; atmosphere totally unwelcoming. Plastic cups by the sink to get water, white bread only, baked goods, 2 kinds of cereal, waffle maker broken

There was a strange noise that occurred when the baseboard heating went off and on. Should have mentioned it to management. Super nice owners!

The pool and hot tub were closed and it was the whole reason we picked the place.

Save yourself the hassle and stay at the place up the road! Even if it costs more!

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

I made a reservation online for a king size handicap access room. Upon check in, the room we reserved online was not available. So we were given an alternate room UPSTAIRS, without handicap access. The lady at the desk was very rude to us. She took a phone call while checking us in and was rude to the caller as well. So I knew then it wasnt just us. I provided her my card and Drivers license as requested. She told me I would still be charged the same price as I was quoted online regardless of being given a cheaper room. There was a major language barrier. She became very frustrated that I couldnt hear or understand her and went and got a man to assist. I told him exactly what had happened and explained I had provided all of my information and gave her my cards. I said I cant figure out what the problem is. He said "you interrupted our dinner is what the problem is". The hallway carpets are covered in animal hair and have a bad odor. Our carpet in our room had not been vacuumed. The microwave had spills inside. We had about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper to use. The window was covered in thick dust. There was no breakfast or coffee as advertised.

Cleanliness of room poor, lack of smoke detector in unit, missing lock on window, faulty shower control, broken clothes hooks in bathroom, quilt with strong odor, very uncomfortable bed

Doors needed to be fixed, and they weren't aware of me booking thru you. Had to pay a big pet feeu.

Coffee and mini muffins is not a breakfast.

Light was out in the shower area. They came and changed a bulb but it still didn't work. I booked 2 rooms with a microwave and a refrigerator. One room had a refrigerator and the other a microwave.

When we arrived the outside of the building was dirty, beer cans and trash and a shutter hanging of one of the windows. We went inside and there was no one at the desk, we tried the phone and again there was no response. We waited about 15 min and when still no one arrived we left. We came back in about 1/2 hour and still no one! We wrote a note and placed it on the desk. (we took a photo) We also have photo's of the outside trash. This was not only unbelievable but totally unacceptable! I/ we want a refund and will be contacting Wyndham if this doesn't happen. I can't imagine that they would want their name attached to such a disaster of a lodging facility. Barbara Herbst

Terrible they had a lot of others tell me how upset they were also

No breakfast no fruit no juice just tiny muffins

Air conditioning could have worked, handicapped room should have had a bath chair or built in seat, ran out of soap and shampoo for us on our third day, didn’t have garbage bags in the garbage by day three. Garbages out side we’re full and over flowing by day two

Bargain basement hotel. Not clean.

Convenient

Cleanliness was very poor. There floor had several pieces of garbage and food so had not been vacuumed before hand. No breakfast or anything to drink as advertised. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
