Not bad for the price.

Descent breakfast. Can't complain. Good coffee

The lady checking us out wasn't the friendliest. Kind of on the defensive side. But once I proved to be friendly, she became more friendly. It should be just the other way around.

over all a good vibe and nice place

Love the bed how comfortable it was. the parking was right at front closes to my room. The bathroom was big, all very clean. A good location close to the mall.

my only complain was the breakfast room, during my week there it was always closed and with a number password on the lock, none of the staff told us the key to the door so we never use it. it was until the last day when we were leaving that the room was open.

Somewhat affordable.

Outside of building was very untidy, littered and tired looking. The first two rooms smelled terrible. The breakfast was the bare minimum selection, not very presentailed and not up to the standard of Super 8. Hispanic workers started working in the parking lot at 1:00 A.M. The dumpster was a filthy mess. The carpeting throughout the hotel felt sticky.

The location

The place is dirty . The bath tub had black mold all the way around it. The breakfast was so bad we didn't eat it. We asked to have our room freshened up on Dat 2. Just have the garage emptied and new towels and they didn't do it.

Location was convienant and the evening check in staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

The towels were dirty, there was a bloodstain on one of the pillows on the bed, you could hear every movement everywhere and I felt like I was going to fall through the shower.

Everything about the room itself was as expected.

If you say you’re a pet friendly hotel and then it isn’t until check in that you find out there’s additional charges if any pet hair is found on beds & furniture, that’s a bit unfair. This should be mentioned ahead of time somewhere.

Good bed, good value, minor tweaks would have made it better.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and compared to others, it was a good value.

No facial tissue in room, only one small bar of soap. Disinfectant sprayed in room left an odor that was initially a minor irritation; in a few minutes, it was not an issue.

A nice breakfast on a Saturday morning was expected, but that did not HAPPEN! Most important thing to my Wife. Walked out VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will never stay here again.

Beware

Totally disappointed. I made a reservation a couple weeks ago and yesterday, as we were on the road to the hotel, I got a text that they don't take 2 dogs. I clearly let them know in the reservation what we had. Now I have to scramble and find another hotel. Not cool. So we did not stay there and I recommend they post their specific policy on line. Pitiful.

Disappointing

It was clean enough and didn't smell bad.

Way over priced. Rooms were run down, bed uncomfortable and you could hear every sound in the entire hotel. It was so loud. Front desk guy was rude and we didn't get new towels for the second day. I was fine with them not cleaning the room but for the outrageous price they could have at least brought towels.
