outdated, dirty, smells bad and the staff was rude he was not helpful and friendly. I was asking him he was mad and felt irritated when I asked. He should not work in there that’s a bad reputation for the hotel. He should be fired by the manager. That’s not the way to treat your guests or customer he needs customer service training.

It was pleasant.

They had no breakfast like they did the last time I stayed. But the entire zL.A County drot of health had p eople believing lies again about monjeypox. And masks. If monkey pox is said to affect homisexual men then why lie about the need for masks. The Managers here are not duped. They are grest!

No breakfast was served and location was ok.

The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was dusty.
