Not the best

Beds okay. Room okay but strong odour

The staff was great. Room was clean.

Some of the guest were very loud and noisy. There a lot of traffic in and out the hotel. Discover alot of guest smoking marijuana (very loudly fumes). Some the guest are tentant instead of guest.

How to be the worst experience at a motel in my life and I’ve been through some bad ones, but not like this, and it really sucks that I’ve traveled my first time to ATL with my family and have to experience that

Horrible maintenance the toilet had not been clean prior to me checking in refused to use the towels because they were dirty beds are super uncomfortable

The room was clean. The location was perfect for places to eat.

I don't like that it smells like pee around the premises. I don't know if they need to pressure wash every so often, but that scent is horrible.

Very near restaurants. The room was clean.

I thought the breakfast was lacking. They were out of apple juice, there was only 1 apple and 1 banana in the fruit basket. No sugar free syrup. There were people smoking pot out back and so were the people up above us. It was coming in thru the vent in the bathroom.

Uncomfortable, disappointing and tired

The location was very convenient for a stop off the highway

The location was very convenient for a stop off the highway, the stay was awful. Our door didn't close properly, the latch was broken, the noise from the highway was very loud and the heater sounded like an airplane taking off. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, rooms were clean but furniture was broken or in rough shape. TV didn't work

Perfect stay, value for money. Recommended!

Neat and clean. Breakfast was very decent and met minimal standards. We really liked that they cleaned our room and provided new clean towels and saniteries the next day of our stay.

Pleasant

The older lady and man who cleaned the rooms and got me towels and stuff were really friendly and polite. It wasn't overly loud for having some long term guests. Didn't find any bugs, spiders or roaches so was enthusiastic about that.

I was situated in the back under the staircase and it wasn't the cleanest place. The room seemed clean but i had to go over stuff with wipes. The door area needs paint touchups, the door itself did not feel very secure at all and the 'wood' furniture was all very rickety. After I cleaned it myself I felt a bit better...not my first choice but was cheapest I found for a 7/8 day stay. I never did make it to breakfast so can't comment on that.

Exceptional

The room was so clean the bed was so soft and big and comfortable ! I didn’t want to leave ! I am a mom of 3 boys ! And we are always on the go with work all the time I come in to minor issues with a hotel room among our travels and of course bugs riches are the most common ! But for the online price I paid I was amazed and then there was a amazing breakfast my kids had a blast I will definitely be back

I made reservations for a hotel with a pool and the pool was closed! Rooms had roaches and smelled like weed.

The customer service rep in the hotel was very rude and I quote "I dont want you to come here anyway..." Which is the comment I received after the person told me that they would not hold my room after driving 4 hours away on the same day that I was expected to be there. I was told because I would not arrive until 10:00 pm the same day, my room was cancelled because after 6 pm its considered a no show. When I told the person that I never heard such things and how that was bad customer service. He then replied "well I dont want you to come here anyway...".

I liked how the place was in A good location put they should do better cleaning and front desk person needs to be nicer.

I like the view from the window and the location of the place .

it wasn’t really clean like the fix the bed but it was dirty like they didn’t sweep.

Nasty no food no good coffee no cream or sugar Rood was nasty do not look like it is on the internet I asked for a refund they said no I was booked for 2 nights but only stay one
