My Stay

Clean, neat, and nice rooms that seem to be newly remodeled. Near gas and food. Friendly service from the employees.

Exceptional

Decent sized rooms. Pretty building and grounds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty darn good for hotel fare. Good hot coffee. Accommodated our late night check in.

Clean, cozy and friendly.

Its easy to find, curb appeal is clean and tidy and there was literally no trash anywhere even being next to a just road. Staff was great, room was clean and smelled good, AC worked well, bathroom was huge! We got a double queen and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows! They provided breakfast which had a wide selection of hot and cold foods including a waffle press. Our kid loved it! They had just enough of a little bit of everything for everyone in the family.

Clean and comfy, but the TV situation was a bummer

Breakfast was OK. Typical hotel breakfast offerings. Room was clean, Lubbie at check in was very helpful and sweet.

Our TV stopped working mid-afternoon our 2nd day there ("no signal" bouncing around the screen). We tried all the usual fixes, switching inputs, etc. We went out for a while but were really looking forward to a chill night in. TV never came back, front desk tried to help but number we were given to call was only for internet. They didn't have another smoking room for us so we were just out of luck for the rest of our stay. No one behind the desk was particularly helpful with the situation at check out and the manager seemed relieved to see that I'd paid through a booking site so he didn't have to deal with offering anything back for the inconvenience.

very nice experience and I would stay there again.

very nice at check-in and checkout. The rooms were a good size and very clean as they recently renovated.

wish I had more towels-had to go get them. Everything else was great!

the rooms were fully renovated and spacious for my family.

the only bad thing is its a 2-floor building and they dont have elevators. we were also put in a room right by the metal staircase and we could hear everything with people being so loud coming up or down the stairs.

The staff were pleasant and helpful when I asked for assistance or needed an issue addressed. The location was directly off the highway with easy access.

Had issues with the keypad access cards not working when we checked in. Our room had a pullout couch as requested during booking; however, linens, pillows and blankets were not provided. I had to return to the front desk to collect them. It was a cold night; the heater in the room was not on when we arrived. Extra blankets were in the room stored in drawers however, they appeared to have been used (not folded, stuffed in the drawer) There was a large bug in the room (appeared to be a stinkbug). Breakfast was included. The toast bread had to be replaced. It was set out with mold on it. There were only two restaurants in the vicinity.
