Cuidado con la fianza

La habitación, la cama y el baño muy bien. Cafetera, nevera y microondas en la habitación.

El desayuno, justo, con muy poca variedad. La tele, una pantalla enorme pero no te permite poder duplicar el móvil y poder ver la tele en español. Y CUIDADO, te hacen una retención de 100 euros por noche que 8 días después de la estancia, aun no han devuelto y no solo eso, sino que me han cobrado el hotel 2 veces (que es un dinero curioso, ya que el hotel, barato, no es)

Nice accommodations, heart of Hollywood

Rooms were big, beds were comfortable

Breakfast was just ok, wish they would use real eggs, but I understand why they don't since it's free. The coffee was good and the kids enjoyed the waffles.

Close proximity to Universal Studios, literally 10-12 mins without traffic.

Staff are amazing. Checking in and out was easy.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zum Hollywood Boulevard gehen und die Sterne im Gehsteig bewundern. Vom Zimmer im 5. Stock hatten wir Blick auf die Hollywood-Schrift in den nahen Bergen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gut, modern und sauber.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse dürftig. Alles auf Papptellern und mit Plastikbesteck. Etwas unfreundliches Personal. Eine echte Abzocke ist allerdings das Valet-Parking um 50$ pro Tag. Es ist völlig überflüssig, da ich das Auto genausogut selber in die Garage fahren hätte können. Am Las Vegas Strip haben wir dafür 18$ bezahlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist also insgesamt enttäuschend.

Un hôtel pratique (et avec petit déj inclus) pour visiter Hollywood à pied

- Emplacement pratique pour visiter le quartier de Hollywood à pied (à une douzaine de minutes environ de l'hôtel). La ligne rouge du métro est à une quinzaine de minutes à pied de l'hôtel et permet de rejoindre rapidement Downtown. Il y a également un bus à trois minutes de l'hôtel qui va jusqu'à Beverly Hills puis Santa Monica. - Chambres spacieuses (en tout cas celle que nous avions au cinquième étage était très grande) et fonctionnelles, literie confortable. Plusieurs placards pour ranger les vêtements et de la place pour poser les valises. - Le même petit déjeuner que dans tous les Hampton Inn, mais nous l'aimons beaucoup :-) Des gaufres, des muffins, du salé qui change un peu tous les jours (oeufs, bacon, saucisses, gravy sauce, etc.), des fruits, des yaourts, et quelques petits gâteaux. - Thé et café à disposition dans le hall d'entrée 24h/24

- Rapport qualité/prix moyen (mais malheureusement les hôtels sont chers à LA, donc ce n'est pas lié à cet hôtel particulièrement). - Comme tous les Hampton Inn, ils prennent un deposit (une caution) à votre arrivée à l'hôtel, en plus du prix de la chambre (50 $ de deposit par nuit et par chambre), il faut donc prévoir en conséquence d'avoir la somme d'argent complémentaire sur votre compte. Aucun souci du côté du remboursement, nous l'avons reçu le lendemain de notre départ. - Comme de plus en plus d'hôtels américains, le ménage n'est pas fait pendant votre séjour, sauf si vous en faîtes la demande au moins un jour à l'avance à l'accueil de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas vraiment un problème mais nous préférons l'indiquer ici pour ceux qui aiment que le ménage soit fait tous les jours.

Superb

Excellent breakfast and facilities. Friendly staff. Nice snack bar.

We heard people shouting and talking next door and people walking upstairs due to thin walls. Found a towel with dirty stains.

I never stayed here. I’m waiting on refund from booking.com because they said it would fit 3 people however it only had a king size bed and no other couch or sofa bed

Great Stay with Great Views

The room was bigger than I was expecting and felt clean and fresh. Nice view of the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory which we also weren't expecting. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful, and provided a free luggage store after we checked out because our flight wasn't for another few hours. Convenient location, easy to get to the Hollywood and Vine metro and there are shops and restaurants very close by.

The wifi was a bit temperamental, which was only an issue as I don't have a sim that works in the US so was relying on wifi. Pool area was nice but could do with some green cover or nicer fence between the car park and the pool as it is just metal mesh, doesn't feel very private or glamourous. The pool was also cold so we didn't actually get in.

Everything was good except for the shower, it was cold, the hot water was tepid and the shower rose was pathetic. Everything else was fine.
