For the price it was a great option..close to the mountain

Breakfast was good. The location was great and clean. Had a nice hot tub

The mattress was terrible. Had to pay 50 cents to play pool and the ball return was damaged. It should just be free. There was a modern security system seems like cameras everywhere. Maybe some new beds and couches would be more important for customers comfort

This place is really nice and cozy. we went for a snowboarding trip, and I’d say there nothing I could complain about this place. great place to stay

Great location, no frills but cozy

The manager of the hotel, Caroline, was very kind and helpful. The location to the mountain, a local bar and the market are spectacular. The pool was closed as there was a blizzard, but the hot tub (tiny) was open. Luckily I had it to myself.

There is no food, drink, or toiletries available at the property. There were a lot of kids running around. You really should not come to this property without a car, anything in "walking distance" is on a busy, snowy highway with little lighting. The hot tub was tiny, and probably could not fit more than 4 adults. Pool was closed and covered in snow. This place is no frills. No hair dryer in room, no mini refrigerator, can hear everything upstairs and next door. If you take the shuttle from the mountain, you have to cross the busy highway road with your skis in hand.

Nice homey place, a bit overpriced but mainly for skiers, lots of places to eat

Regular home cooking. Nice firm bed friendly staff

Heat was hard to control in room. Room was overly hot.

Breakfast was good. They did not provide for a gluten free need.

The inn said there was no place to get a dinner. There is a bar down the street. They serve nice burgers. I got to see where they cook and it looked good. The food tasted well. The people hanging out in the bar where older men and women. It was a relaxed environment and I felt safe to be in there. They should recommend the bar that is less than a quarter of a mile down the street. It is open after 4om.

Exceptional

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the facility was great! We were able to enjoy a football game on a large TV while enjoying snacks with friends.

We had not complaints. Hot tub hours could be a bit longer: night was fine but it could be open a little earlier.

Breakfast was decent.

The whole hotel smells like toxic chemicals. To someone who doesn't get headache, I had bad headache since the night I stayed there and it lasted for about a week. The furnitures are beaten. Especially, the bed was very uncomfortable. I should have stayed the night in my car which would be a better choice since I couldn't get any room anywhere else during the peak fall foliage.

they say it’s a lodge, it’s not a lodge it’s an inn, in the internet it’s says hot tub and pool , but doesn’t say it’s out side , it was cold and we couldn’t swim .there was no little fridge and there was bunk beds in our room , we DIdnt ask for bunk beds in our room and it also smelled like Moth balls and bleach , won’t come back , I give a 3 maybe very disappointed, 😞

Convenient, clean and friendly service at Big Bear Lodge.

Location of the lodge was excellent and just down the road from Mount Snow. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent as was the service.

Only issue we had with the stay was that there was no hot water in the rooms. We booked 3 rooms and all showers only had cold/luke warm water around 9:30pm.

I would say we like everything.It was very clean and very comfortable.The room was very quiet although every room have guests.The breakfast was delicious.Hot tub is a bi plus and works well.

It has only one entrance.

First time at Mount Snow. This lodge is only minutes away from Mount Snow and all the activities and restaurants. It has good parking is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Complementary breakfast is a plus! Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place, but they need to update their web site to delete “indoor hot tub” as there is none.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast and coffee. Husband loved the outdoor hot tub

Older hotel room with dark interior with newer carpet but very thin pillows and older bedding. Could hear the people upstairs walking around during the night. I was lucky to get any room being it was last minute on a holiday weekend but would not return.

Nothing special for the money- stay at the Gray Ghost Inn down the road so much better

Did not have breakfast there was only one server and the coffee was like dishwater so I left. I understand there is no help to be found but having crappy coffee in the backyard of Vermont Green Roasters coffee is just crazy.

Coffee terrible. The rooms were clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. I went out a few times to see if there was no one a the front desk and no one to be found. The musty smell at the front lobby should have been the red flag but I was tired from my drive.
