horrible

place is old and falling apart . The pictures on the internet are not this hotel

air conditioner had dust all over it. no cover on electric socket. drapes old and falling off rod. Headboard was all chewed up. cracks in walls. old bathroom and sink

The king size bed and pillows were great!

Listen, it needs updates, but besides that the king bed was super comfy, the TV and service was new and worked slick.

Good hotel and a good value for the price.

Older but well maintained. Room has been updated and was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for our purposes. Elk in the front yard as an added bonus. Will stay there again,

The driveway was a bit rough, Really can't say anything bad.

The whole structure of the motel is in very poor condition, there are a lot of safety issues. The room facility is not what I see from the the advertised picture.

Unimpressed the second chance.

The location and the view of the mountain

No ceiling fan, no microwave. Carpet was old and dirty. Outlets didn't work. As run down as it is, it's still not worth the price per room. The front desk person was rude and unaccommodating.

Good with basics

Appliances were new, tv was huge and i loved the relevant rocky mountain show. Great bed and pillows, fresh towels and shower worked. Internet was good. Location was excellent. 10 minute walk from The Wheel, which is big cause Estes is nearly a 1 bar town late night.

Microwave in room, but wasn't plugged it, no outlet to use with it (ungrounded outlets) New AC unit but didn't work.. i think the outside unit needed reset. Older building, if suggest some repairs.

Had a nice time in estes. We will stay at the Twin owls again anytime we bring our dog along.

The location is great! Our dog loved the area out back.

Rooms are dated, not the most luxurious place for sure.

Not nearly as nice as the pictures

The staff was super nice!! Very welcoming.

The wall in our room looked like the wall that you use to see how the paint looks on a wall at home depot. When I tried to close the curtains, they fell off. The smell was not pleasant, and we thought our windows were open because we could hear everything going on outside.

Staff was nice and the location is great. Best price in town.

The ceiling was falling down in thre bathroom and the room wasn't very clean. Stains in the tub and on the floors, unidentifiable dark smudges on the bed sheets and lots of dust in the window and corners.

We came to Estes to see the elks and that was successful.

It was a miserable place run by miserable people, I wouldn't put my dogs there too stay.

It was FILTHY!!! Dirty walls had paint peeling, dog hair on the sheets - black things on the sheets -the pool was a murky mess-not filled and nasty. Dirty bathroom. Smelly room. I could go on for days. It ruined our 25th wedding anniversary. They should be honest and upfront and THEN-THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T EVEN USE THE ROOM!!!!

Twin Owls is reasonable and great short stay hotel.

I have often stayed here over many years. It is always clean, comfortable bed, staff always friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance from town and the fairgrounds. It is easy access to highways and town's visitor center as well as restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Price is very reasonable for a short 1-2 nights stay.

The furniture, floors and decor could use some upgrades. It did look as if the walls had recently been painted so I think there is some upgrades happening. Everything worked as far as tv, refrigerator, lights, etc.

Great location for fireworks

No Wi-Fi even though it was to be included, everything is 1980's, smells old (had to burn a candle) bed was icky and there was old furniture, chairs, pictures, etc. outside our door. One channel on tv
