Not much

Messy, floor was sticky. Nobody, not a soul would answer the damn phone. I'd like a refund!!

The room was clean, the tv did not work, outside on walks, stairs and the driveway/parking areas were very dirty and needed good pressure washing. It is not a back alley, it is a hotel.

The room was quiet and clean, the staff was exceptional, I would recommend the motel to everyone. There are restaurants within walking distance,. Close to the interstate

The beds were a little soft for my comfort, but I still sleep like a baby

Our host was wonderful. I overslept and the cleaning staff were kind.

It rained a lot while we were there and a small lake was forming in the parking lot because of the drainage of rain off the hillside behind the hotel.

Very loud drunken people staying in the motel. Screaming and yelling up to 3 am in the morning. I expect the motel reinforce the respect to others and quiet time policies. No shampoo in the room.

Simple, clean, convenient, reasonable price The two young women receptionists were very helpful and fun to talk to.

Refrigerator very noisy, had to unplug it to sleep. No hair dryer

Wifi were severely limited. Under bed it was very dirty, never cleaned!

Front desk was hands down amazing !! Mary was definitely one of the kindest women I’ve ever met !

Our room was absolutely disgusting! I had pink socks on walked to the bath room and they were black, I decided to clean myself and if you would have seen the mop water You would have been sick . Pretty sure our sheets were never changed and the beds are so old my daughter and I are still in pain ( hotels are suppose to change them out every 10 years and clearly that wasn’t the case here ) the shower leaked so bad it flooded the bathroom darn near ! My daughter tried getting some stuff from housekeeping and my god she was rude and irritated clearly we bothered her . And the icing on the cake we had a women next to us that stood on front of our door smoking and on the phone the entire time and if she wasn’t standing in front of our room she was sitting in her truck with it running and the room smelled of diesel! Super disappointed it’s a road trip my daughter and I are doing because I don’t have much time left and with my immune system is low already I’m sick from staying there . I should have asked for a refund but was to exhausted ,sore and sick to even ask , but they should compensate us somehow !! Not to mention one of the employees made a racist comment not knowing my daughter is married to said race !! One more thing don’t stay if you need wifi it don’t work and our last night there the cable went out !!!
