Would recommend this hotel. Once the renovations are complete, this will be a nice hotel and will be my choice when stay

Friendly staff. Location. Even though the property is in the process of being renovated, the rooms were nice and clean.

Dogs. The property allows dogs. Some dog owners need to keep the dogs quiet at night. Several times during the night, you could hear the dogs barking.

Was the perfect hotel for our trip.

After a 600 mile drive I wanted a good mattress on the bed and a quiet room. We also wanted to see the state park nearby so it was the perfect location for that. We like to use the loop around El Paso when passing through so again it was in a great location to get out of town without too much traffic early the next morning. It was conveniently located near good dining and other shopping centers.

A great Senior Program that gives good discounts for being an old codger.

The tv was too low. The person on the side of the bed by the wall, couldn't see the tv. No movie channels.

Over all it was a nice restful stay.

Location was great, beds were good, staff was geat.

A couple of dryers were out of order which makes for a back up in Laundry.

Overall nice stay

Location was great. Front desk staff was super helpful - they didn't have the room we requested, but he was able to figure out a solution that worked well for us.

Room was generally fine. Complaints were super minor.

Room had a door leading to the adjoining room and offered no sound barrier. I could hear everything in the adjoining room including the tv which made it impossible to relax. This coupled with what I felt was an extremely high rate for such a room will rule this hotel out in any future travel plans.
