The restaurant and bar was good.
The management was unfriendly. The room was dark. The carpeting needed to be replaced.

Clean, quiet, quaint atmosphere

The location was beautiful. The room and the whole resort were very clean.
We were not given the room we reserved. Instead we were given a cabin with a king bed in a loft. It was difficult to get in and out of the bed due to the close quarters in the loft.

room comfortable and clean.
The waitress in the Grill restaurant is obviously a racist. She never smiled to us, but smile to other tables, and put the bill in front of us when we didn’t finished the food yet ,and checked to push us to pay in the middle. Even with this attitude, we paid more than 20% tip. now I regret, she didn’t deserve any penny.

Cute little room. Nice and clean.
I found out on my day of arrival that the property had a lot of vacancies left, and the exact same room was 60.00 a night less than I paid through every other booking agency. This to me was very disappointing, and I expect to hear back in regards to this matter.

Restaurant was great, especially the one on the right side of the property.
The room was not clean. There were hairs and still trash from the previous customer. And the coffee machine was broken. There were too many mosquitoes. The hotel turns on sprinkler all night long. This might contribute to mosquitoe population. Bed was too squishy, sinking to middle.

The view from the restaurant was amazing! It overlooked the Grand Tetons!

The location is fantastic, very close to Gran Teton. One of the few structure present in the area. like gas pump was in front of reception, as restaurant was walking distance.

No fridge nor microwave, only coffee machine.

The room was plenty spacious. TV reception was good, beds were good.
The showers needed grab bars, I felt vulnerable! I would have appreciated a box of tissues in either the bedroom or bathroom. We stayed three nights and the last day, we were not provided clean towels, new soap or shampoo. We were provided coffee pods.

The rooms were clean and the location was nice.
Rooms were clean and grounds were nice. With no coffee maker or microwave in room we had to eat at their location which I knew ahead of time reading other reviews. What I wasn't prepared for was drunk people swearing at the table next to us and the staff talking foul mouthed as well. If the only option to eat is in a bar setting the staff should at least be aware of small children.
