VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THAT PRICE. THESE ARE THE WET WIPE USED TO CLEAN MY FEET AFTER WALKING ON CARPE

LOCATION A PLACE WE CAN TAKE OUR PUPPIES.

THE ROOM HAD A VERY BAD DISTINCTIVE PET SMELL. THE CARPET WAS FILTHY WHEN YOU WALKED ON IT WITH BARE FEET YOUR FEET WERE BE BLACK. AND THE BEDS FELT DAMP LIKE THEY WERE SPRAYED INSTEAD OF CHANGED. I DONT THINK THE ROOMS ARE BEING CLEANED LIKE WEVE SEEN BEFORE…

Great!

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. It was also so cute they decorated for Easter while there. The pool was excellent and the location was in the center of everything.

It was fair. Wished we could have found someone to keep our dog since it wasn’t a “fully dog friendly” hotel

The indoor pool and animal friendly (kinda)

Breakfast wasn’t great, floors were ripped in our room and hole in bottom of bathroom wall that looked moldy and mildewed, weird stains on wall and very long black hair all over bathroom wall, floor, and shower. Several other problems that kept us from all being together as a family to go to the pool together and to town together. Our dog has anxiety and has never traveled so would bark when we left the room and we were threatened to be kicked out if one of us didn’t stay with her. We were there to celebrate my sons birthday and couldn’t spend it together as a family.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, the cooks were very kind. The indoor pool was nice and the water was warm. There is enough parking. I was able to bring our dog along for a reasonable fee.

Great location.

The level of noise when the hotel room doors close is ridiculous. If they are left to close on their own, they slam and the walls rattle. This happened a LOT at all hours. Walls are paper thin between rooms. Hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free, but a previous tenant in our room wrapped the smoke detector in a plastic bag, which was a massive safety hazard. No telling how long it was actually there. Someone staying in a nearby room also smoked marijuana at least twice during our stay which we noticed because the skunk smell permeated our room both times - once was around 2AM and the smell was so strong it woke us up. We reported the smell and the bag on the smoke detector. They sprayed air freshener in our room once and said they’d investigate the smell and also have housekeeping check the detectors.

We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Upon arriving, we were greeted by Keith, who was so sweet and made us feel very welcome. That is something I definitely notice when I walk into a hotel. A smile and a friendly hello makes all the difference and Keith showed that! Room and bed was very comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Perfect temperature of water! Loved how the pool was open 24 hours, unlike other hotels that close by 10, cause after a fun filled day, it was nice to go for a swim and sit in the hot tub before heading to bed 😊

There was an odor in the 5th floor hallway that was horrible. I believe it was coming from either the ice machine or pop machines.

Never would I recommend this place to anyone,

Clean and great location!

Great location. Good breakfast. Typical La Quinta. Very enjoyable. Loved the fireplace and cozy reception area.

There was only one elevator and it was slooooow! You cannot charge snacks to your room. I asked for a late checkout (noon) but my key was still turned off at 11am and I couldn’t get back into my room. Just odd to me.

Don't take someone in a wheelchair they don't care .

The fire place out back.pet friendly

They refused to change us to a handicap ♿️ room and the 76 year old thermal lady feel out of the bed at 2 am because she said the bed was too hard .she busted her head and was bleeding we call the dest and they want to call 911 so they sent a nice strong guy up to lift her into A chair, so she sleep Ina chair we didn't get any sleep.

Overall it was a good experience.

The staff were extremely nice and rooms were very clean.

There were a lot of pets which isn’t the issue. The issue was when the guests left for the day and would leave a barking dog which woke us up every morning. This caused all the dogs on the floor to bark as well. Maybe all pet owners need to be in one area.

The pool was nice, we had Fun for a few hours there. The rooms were OK, definitely good enough to be comfortable & sleep well.

The elevator is a disaster. Everybody has to come down one elevator, and a very slow elevator at that. Breakfast was laid out very well, but basically had no flavor.

It was not what I expected from LaQuinta Inn based on my past experiences.

Location to activities and restaurants

I am not opposed to dogs, but EVERY room in the building was pet friendly. Since I am not used to indoor dogs the smell of the room was very repulsive to me. I wasn’t asked at time of booking if this was a problem or I would have found other accommodations. I realize that todays society feels the need to have their pets with them every hour of every day. However I feel that some rooms should be left for people who don’t like the smell of dogs. I have stayed in LaQuinta Inns for many years but if I cannot have a room that is free of the smell of pets, I will be finding a hotel that better suits my needs. Therefore I wasn’t very pleased with my stay.

Great few days away with the hubby!!

The location was great, friendly staff, clean pool area and nice size room.

Overall there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, the only suggestion was maybe some updating but honestly it was a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect!! The coffee and beverage area was wonderfully convenient my grandson loved the indoor pool the ice cream bar was a big hit after the pool too!!

The floors in the room could be cleaner but overall it was good!!

We loved our stay and will book a room here again next year!

The breakfast was good. Loved the walk in shower. Everything was very clean from the room to the lobby and dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was very high off the floor and was hard to get on and off of. Not the best mattress, a little lumpy. Also would have liked a 6:30 start time for breakfast.

The breakfast was awesome. We travel with 2 dogs so the pet friendliness is great. Room was clean an spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good.
