The bed was clean and neatly made and the air conditioner worked well.
It was very noisy until almost midnight, people talking, running and slamming doors, also around 3;00 AM. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. The bathroom mirror was very small and there was only one chair in the bedroom.

Property was very clean and taken care of and the best part was the service we recieved.Dana and her assistant Melnikia were exceptionally friendly and made our stay feel so welcoming.we are planning another family get together and will definately be returning here to this location.Dana is wonderful and housekeeping very attentative to our needs.

The place is a dump..very unsafe to stay..riff raft people hanging outside.
Appearance of the hotel..the doors had been kicked in previously..will not stay there again.

not much, the staff was pleasant, it was obvious there had been upgrades however, rooms are in need of some maintenance
no water pressure at all. no wifi as promised, crack around the door made the room humid, i was locked out of my room before checkout time, I have stayed at this location before many times and it has declined, I will not return

It was on the island.
I was given a different room number that was dirty no TV no chairs and smelled. The rooms were not clean, the front desk attendant had to go to 4 different rooms to find us a clean one with the basic amenities. .

It wasn’t as run down as we expected.
First the room we got was not the correct one, and when brought up I was informed that there were no rooms available, so I was just stuck with the incorrect room with no accommodations rewarding the problem. As well as the room not being clean as well as it should’ve been. There was urine stains all over the bathroom toilet and there was hair stuck on the walls of the shower.

Rooms weren’t cleaned until I complained it was only cleaned one day . Beds were broken down and very uncomfortable

The wifi didn't work , couldn't connect to it! They always have not so good wifi connection even if u r in the front rooms.

Everything was great, i saw a lot of improvements within a year. Also, the manager in the front desk is such a wonderful person. Very kind, nice, and helps out a lot!

The hotel is slipping. It's just showing its age and neglect. The staff tries so very hard and house keeping does thier best.
Some guests don't care about the smoking so you'll have to deal with that.
I'm afraid this was my last stay.

There was no breakfast! No condiments like shampoo/conditioner no coffee pot
If I would have know they have nothing to offer I would have went somewhere else for the same price

Convenient to places is all
The room was horrible, greasy , smell of bleach was prominent. Bathroom was nasty , shower had tons of mold , mildew, I think there might have been what looked like poop stains and spots by the toilet . Bed was wore out , I'm glad to not have had a black light with me ! Never again !!
