Location to Santa Bárbara

It was not clean enough . And it’s very old not even Kleenex in the room. Too much to pay for such a place

Odeur très désagréable de cigarette dans la chambre, et établissement très bruyant à cause de la route situé à proximité. Nous ne nous sommes pas reposé de toute la nuit… Nous avons pourtant fait d’autres motels situés près de certains axes routiers mais celui ci était vraiment désagréable

Bom hotel ao lado da rodovia 101, a poucas milhas da região central de Santa Bárbara; quartos pequenos, porém confortáveis; banheiro grande e chuveiro bom; café (preto) disponível na recepção pela manhã.

Quarto muito pequeno; barulho de limpeza do jardim logo cedo; custo elevado pela qualidade do serviço e localização; recepcionista pouco receptiva no checkin (não deu informações sobre localização do quarto, nem sobre o café disponível na recepção pela manhã).

There's no dislike right now. Well my room is always by the freeway, but I dealt with it. I still gets my sleep. Reservations are always in my name not Dennis. My name is Darlene Hardeman Williams. They always do that. Next time get the name right please.

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. The accommodations were fine.

I was charged for an additional night. My son left the property at 10:55 by Uber. Christina who was working on that Friday stated that my son was told at 1145a that he would be charged for another night and he said it was ok. I asked her to describe my son and her description was completely off. She said she went into the room and saw his belongings, which is impossible because I have the Uber ride information in a screenshot and it shows that he was picked up at 1054and dropped off near Milpas street in Santa Barbara at 1112a. WShe was quite rude and told that someone called me and warned me about the charge. No call was made. I asked for the charge to be reversed and was told that she followed policy. For the record this policy was not communicated to me at check in, nor was it on my paperwork. To this date, I have not received a call from the manager or a refund. Because of this, I cannot recommend your hotel at all.

Definitely not quiet at all....heard music all night. But it completely understandable..people are on vacation they wanna have fun. . .music didn't bother me...I knew what I was in for. ...a motel is what u rent to only sleep in while u spend all day sightseeing, eating and swimming at local beaches.

Only thing I would change is the size of the towels...they small ! :) lol...I. a chunki person...I know everyone is fit that lives near the beach...but my fat ass really needed a proper size towel....other than that..great vacation spot
