This hotel was the most wonderful, friendly and helpful place I have ever stayed at.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with great choices every day. It was a great location for our needs and there were plenty of great restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner. If you needed anything like extra towels or coffee for the room coffee maker it was always available.

Loved our stay, will definitely come back!

We loved the kindness message and the staff was wonderful! Food was great and highly recommend taking a walk in Kennedy Park.

Already shared with staff a minor issue with shade in bedroom.

Ok stay. Not sure if value for money.

Very clean. Pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Room small. Bed small - All worked ok but you could hear noises from other rooms, especially foot steps.

The interior design - whole decor- did not fit the old buildings. It was so “Home Goods” appearance. Modern art and furniture clashed with esthetic pleasure.

Wonderful stay but coffee maker did not work even after it was replaced

Pretty and convenient . The room was comfortable and well appointed but I was at the front entrance and the drapes did not close all the way for Privacy .

Was not informed that there will not be maid service everyday .

Great staff, great food, beautiful property

The carriage house was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff members were super.

Our original room in the Kerouac house had a strange tapping noise, but we we’re making bed quickly to the carriage house which we loved. The property itself is beautiful

The Cornell Inn is a good place to stay when visiting Tanglewood.

The setting of the inn was next to a State park and very pleasing. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The made-to-order breakfasts were first class.

We chose a "deluxe" room over the "standard" and were disappointed in the room. The walls to the next room were so thin we heard talking, phone alarms, etc. The room was very small and there was very little room to accommodate two suitcases as well as very little space in the bathroom for our toilet accessories. The in-wall HVAC unit was very loud.

Awesome.

Relaxing upon arrival with sangria, brownie and ice cream before checking in after 2 hr drive turned into 3 1/2 hrs. Nice Touch. Excellent Inn personnel. Location.

Wonderful staff, great location, excellent food & drink, attractive rooms.

The breakfast was FABULOUS in every way -- the food was delicious -- and changed daily; the location on the back deck was gorgeous -- and the staff were WONDERFUL!

My suite, the Cleopatra, was fine -- but the mirror in the bathroom was too low for comfortable shaving. (I'm tall.)

The Inn is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff is warm and friendly . Wonderful breakfast each morning. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again in future.

great location in Lenox. Lovely old home which is beautifully restored and very comfortable. Staff all very friendly and the morning breakfast was delicious! As it was snowy and cold, the fireplace in our room was a great feature.

Excellent stay at a beautiful inn with great service

The Cornell Inn was well located, beautiful, clean, and a very comfortable place to stay. They made the effort to honor our request for two rooms next to each other and even called us to get our input and confirm it All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the service was excellent. We were greeted with hot spiced eggnog and brownies upon arrival and each room had a complimentary bottle of wine. These were both very nice touches that added to a wonderful stay. The homemade breakfast with delicious choices was excellent, and the friendly servers who provided top notch service were much appreciated. We loved our stay at The Cornell Inn and would hope to stay there again sometime.

Lenox vacay

Greeted upon entry. Offered refreshments, ie. hot cider. Given orientation to facility. Room was nice. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Loved the brownies. Felt welcome. Excellent location.

Very loud road noise from our room. Noisy AC unit.

Lovely.

We loved the breakfast, welcome drinks (the apple cider was delicious and all of the little details in the room (bottle of wine, make up towel, log for the fire). The service was great and everyone was very friendly.

A great Inn in a great location. Highly recommended!!

The breakfast at the Inn was excellent. In particular, they serve absolutely All Star bacon!! The menu varied every day and the service was friendly and prompt. We would love to return and almost certainly will as it is an easy weekend trip from Boston.

My only issue was the pillow top mattress. I will prefer a firmer bed but it was fine for the time we stayed there. In fact, this complaint is a truly first world problem and of little consequence.

A beautiful and lovely B&B with lots of extras!

It was beautiful and had lots of extras included. Complementary glass of wine upon arrival and a complementary bottle of wine in your room as well as cognac in the evening a toasty fire pit on these chilly evenings. The breakfast to order was incredible. The staff was extremely friendly.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent breakfasts. We loved the welcome drinks. Hiking trails directly behind the Inn. An easy walk into town.

The inn was charming but not comfortable for us

The breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. Inn was cute from outside and room design was fair, not as nice as pictured

Other guests near us were extremely loud and kept us up at night and woke us early with an alarm. The walls were very thin and heard everything. Room was much smaller than expected and was also kept up by street noise. When we arrived, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our room despite having checked in online. For $600 a night, I would have expected better accommodations.

Renovations change the feel of the inn as we have stayed there before. Its geared to a NY crowd.

Room was interesting and a nice change. Extras like sangria, cognac, and bottle of wine were very nice. Good breakfast. Modern décor welcome in a NE and quality of toiletries really good.

As an older professional intelligent couple, not thrilled with reference to cuteness as an older couple. Also being small in stature, I don't like references to my size. I think they are trying too hard which makes one feel uncomfortable. Also the shower leaks due to slope of being an old building.

I would stay here again and again.

Staying at The Cornell Inn is like visiting with the best of friends. You are warmly welcomed at the door and are pampered the entire stay from sangria and warm brownies to cognac and a bottle of wine at night. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and if you need a bit more, there are freshly baked goods always at the ready. Everyone at this Inn works to make your stay memorable.

We had a relaxing time

The same 3breakfast choices every day.the frittata frozen and reserved is not delicious. No comfy chairs in our room. Bathroom was tiny. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful

No serious complaints … wish there were more towel bars and hooks in bathroom. The housekeeping after our first two nights could have been better.
