Loved everything the entire stay was awesome

Restaurants

Room was dusty and the water pressure was poor. Staff did not alert us the locker rooms were available for guests.

The hotel is very clean and spa is nice and the Roman bath was a nice touch also

The restaurant Patsy is horrible service, didn’t get our meal until two hours later. The manager never came and apologized at all.

It was clean, and just like the pictures. The pool was nice, the Roaman bath was neat. I liked the room key was a bracelet is a nice idea.

The food at the "Atrium " for lunch was not worth 40 dollars(greasy pizza,2 drinks and potatoe chips)1 out of the 2 drinks weren't even made correctly. It was our first time there.The staff did not make us feel like I thought I should of felt walking into a "world class resort ". We felt like a bother to them. It would have been nice if they were more inviting and welcoming.

Plenty of amenities with a friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful. The decor is very classy, upscale. The gentleman who picked us up in the parking lot was a delight! Thanksgiving meal was very good. Good servers.

The pillows on the bed aren't really formed pillows. They are sort of like a bag of fluff. And once you finally get them to support your head the way you like, as soon as you move, you have to start again. I had a sore neck. Of the three rooms my family had, not one of the Keurig coffee makers worked. Considering there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby, this was a big issue for us. Also, my hair dryer wouldn't go above low. Nothing major, but maybe appliances in the rooms need to be checked out, replaced.
