Fernando at the front desk was awesome! I think we spent more time talking to him then in the actual room itself

They need alarm clocks in the room. Should have more rooms with a fridge and microwave

Just there to sleep

Nothing

No breakfast in the morning just coffee, the bathroom had hair in the tub and floor and sink, the floors were sticky didn't want to walk on it barefoot and the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels were like paper thin had to ask for more to put on the floor to walk on and there was a weird guy hanging iut in the lobby... And no elevator to the second floor, I don't do stairs well but had no other choice

Bad smelling floor and room

Staff were trying their best

Floor stunk of weed. Noisy neighbor played loud music until at least 2am. (That's not the hotel's fault, but wonder what type of person the hotel attracts). No fridge or microwave.

How clean the room was

The front am resptionist was rude The outside was trashy even though it said it didn't have fridge or microwave or coffee pot I needed its sad there rooms didn't The dresser so called dresser had no draws and shower leaked I was really disappointed I had to wait all day outside till room was ready. I had called day ahead said I will arrive early the person i talked to said it would be ok room will be ready and when I got there nothing was ready I was treated with disrespect 😤 didn't even check on my resrvation. I missed half of the event I was extending because I couldn't change clothes when asked for bathroom was denied said only costumers. 😐

Room 251 stunk of smoke. Room very far from check in. 79 years old no elevator and only assist was to carry one bag to just inside 2nd flr door and finger point to where to drag bags. Very unfriendly staff that acted like they did not know the room stunk of smoke.

Customers were treated as if they were a nuisance.

Horrible and Uncomfortable

There was none of the amenities listed, no fridge, no microwave, no breakfast and 2 pieces of furniture in the entire room felt like detox instead of a hotel

There was no furniture in the room a bed and desk w TV nothing else, wide open, no breakfast, people had dogs in the room next to us barking at 6am what an overall nightmare, felt like a crazy hospital instead of a hotel.

Room smells bad need to pay extra if you want microwave or refrigerator smh and front desk was super rude and disrespectful I will never ever stay there again

It was just basic. That s o.k. it was clean and kinda what we expected.

The steering smell of cleaning fluids. But at least that was reassuring.

It smelled like a kennel. It appears that people are residing there. Garbage cans in the hallway filled with to-go food stinking up the place. Degenerate, dirty people
