the room wasn’t clean, trash was in the trash can from the last person that stayed in that room and smelled like cigarettes and I don’t smoke at all I have bad asthma.

we booked a non smoking room, the room had cigarette burns on the mattress,comforter, and sheets. Their were people smoking weed in most of the spaces and even rolling joints on the stairs outside our room. Their was a group of guys drinking cases of beer I. the parking lot for several hours at night, I felt very unsafe in this location.

Maids skip cleaning

The staff was kind at check in.. and Covid cautious she seemed to be the only thing decent and clean here

Room was dirty, sheets stained... Marijuana was on dresser from previous tenants so its obvious they did not clean or wipe down... bought Lysol and sprayed.. comforter was NOT washed... we stripped the bedding and had to purchase our own... we were to disgusted to try breakfast we left as soon as we woke up.

The room were not fully clean, there was lil bits of food on the air conditioner and behind the bed side table. Saw at least 2 little bugs

Highly Disappointed

I absolutely love the staff, & the size of the room itself. Also, it is close to grocery stores & shopping centers.

This time the room reeked of some kind of smoke, & there were what appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. The room wasn't clean at all.

We had bugs in room. We take picture of the bugs to show them. They didn't offer any money back or a discount. Frig in room was broke. Had burn hole everywhere. No good breakfast,
