Everything was ok, could have been in better shape but once I saw the bug on the wall it went down

everything was adequate

I woke up in the middle of the night and saw a big bug on the wall and there was mold in the bathtub where the tub met the wall

I won’t be staying here ever again. and I will definitely not be recommending this property to anyone

the local was the only good thing about it.

the pool was dirty and I didn’t want to swim in it. the rooms were very small I booked a queen and it was not a queen more like a full. the floor in the bathroom was lifting and the floors in general were dirty.

The staff was friendly and I could get hot tea at 7 am

No hair dryer ...no shampoo or conditioner...door was hard to lock ...floors not very clean ...shower knob was super hard to pull out ...walls in shower room really dirty ....lots of stretchy people loud music place reeked of nasty weed smells...it was cold in the morning heat didn't work just made loud clancking sound shot out cold air and the controls had broken cover ...have stayed here before Nd it was so nice what year makes in quality and I paid 217 .00 4 2 nights next time I know cheap is not good

The staff was great and efficient and friendly.

Ppl that don't work there have access to your room . They say that they are housekeeping but they don't have any cart in sight... Their cameras don't work... I travel alone and that was scary.. it happened twice...both times I was naked....

I used the tub and there’s water all over the bathroom and the room and I clean out most of the water I didn’t feel comfortable to tell the front desk but it was not pleasant cleaning the water

Location - Attending family health emergency in Discovery Bay, 25 miles away, as this was closest affordable lodging

Several crews of painting workers as well as a number of what appeared to be families living there. Additionally, the motel is a slight walk to the freeway entrance and pseudo-homeless men were working the area until returning to their room! AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE STAY !!!

The only thing i enjoyed about this was leaving. It couldn't have happened quick enough. Worst Hotel experience ever. You should not sell their rooms, It makes you look bad.

EVERFYTHING. The only thing that was "OK" was the price. had I known the room would be dirty and the window wouldn't work when the AC was out for more than half my stay, I would have gladly paid more somewhere else. The light in the bathroom took forever to turn on and flickers even when it was on. Then would flicker when it was off as well. The bed was dirty. I literally went to walmart and bought a sleeping bag and slept on top of it all. The AC was broken and it was 95 degrees that day. The place Smelled like a weed farm. Folks smoking all over the place and because there were huge gaps in the door, it seeped into my room all day and all night. This place is a dump at best. Not sure if it was a brothel, a drug sell house or a motel. I will NEVER stay there again. I'd rather sleep in my car on the side of the freeway like i did the second night.
