Door in first room wouldn't lock, the next day we were moved to a better room and it was great.

Love the price but was so disgusting.

The price was good and location

It was so clean last year when I came but this time it was disgusting. Room looked unswepted and not mop, towels and sheets looked bad. Restroom was terrible. Did not feel comfortable walking barefoot, had to wear my shoes the whole time walking around. It was also filled with roaches.

Disappointing

The location was good. Close to many stores and restaurants.

The room we got was clearly dirty. There was food in the room from the previous occupants. The beds were full of stains, the bathroom was very dirty, and the room smell was bad it smell like cigarettes. During the middle of the night someone was banging on our door trying to get in. Very scary moment to have when traveling with an infant. Overall one of the worst experiences we have ever had.

Muy mal todo no tienen ni una botella de agua

No tienden las camas no tienen ni cafetera solo un paquete de café dejan no quisieron ir a limpiar la habitación el baño está sucio

No limpian las habitaciones hay cucarachas los muebles están en pésimas condiciones uno tiene que tender la cama no llevan toallas limpias

Good for the price, not perfect

Peaceful guest and location. Felt safe

WiFi didn’t work.. & the shower didn’t work, had to bathe with the tub in rm 320. Ac was loud and noisy

Bad, not comfortable at all and would NOT recommend!!

I’m sorry. But nothing, this was the worst hotel experience ever

I didn’t like much about this place at all. To begin with workers were rude. I walked in and immediately false advertisement on the rooms. Rooms were completely dark, door was broken, it was dirty. Of course I bring my own sanitary wipes. As soon as I did one single wipe down on the seat it was filthy. Thankfully we weren’t there most of the day. But when we came back we noticed bugs. Roaches and spiders. We don’t even feel comfortable enough to take a shower in the baths either. And not to mention there were people arguing outside our room we did not feel safe .

Never again I stay at this place

The manager it was drunk and when I went to ask for a doble charge he didn’t listen to me and literally told me to leave and come back when I check out , very disrespectful person

Would have been great on the ground floor

The room was more than I needed for just one night.

The elevator doesn't work, and they put me in the 3rd floor. I'm not supposed to climb stairs because of my bad knee. They got someone to carry ally stuff up for me and to carry it back down in the morning. If the elevator had worked, it wouldn't have been that big of a deal.

Nothing the experience was absolutely horrible. I actually used to live at this hotel for about a month a couple years ago. And I would have highly recommended it. But this last trip was awful. It's only took them about it was the maid was extremely sweet and helpful.

Everything. Everything from the staff to get facilities to the room to the parking lot to the other people that stay there with absolutely awful. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. You could not pay me enough money to stay there again. And, I got bed bugs for the first time in my life! I'm recording them to the health department.

maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs he should get a raise

the beds were comfortable and rooms were nice

we had to reset the air conditioner every couple of hours because it would shut off and not come back on our fourth night there we couldn’t shower due to no hot water finally the next evening we was able to shower because hot water was back

The property owner’s maintenance is poorly maintained, elevator doesn’t work, doors have been damaged by tenants to the point where key cards don’t work, grounds need more work and trash cans readily available as well as cigarette boxes, noticed several of the tenants were smoking marijuana on property and in rooms, property needs an overhaul and owners need to have more pride in their investment
