Decent for the price

Very friendly staff! Their pool is open. They serve coffee anytime. The beds were comfy and the room was cozy.

The hotel gave us 15% off for these inconveniences so they did the right thing. The first morning we stayed we were woken up by a dog barking at 6:45A. I picked a hotel that was not pet friendly due to my allergies. I was told the people were asked to leave as pets weren’t allowed but nevertheless was woke up way before I was ready. They are remodeling rooms. The second night we stayed we were woke up to hammering, sawing, drilling on both sides and across the hall from us. If you wake up early you’ll be fine if you’re a late sleeper definitely asked to be put in a room not near the remodeling.

The staff were accommodating allowing me to check in early and quickly fixed the problem I I had with the towels as soon

Won’t be staying there again

Location was alright, being close to almost everything

Our room just had badly discolored ceilings. The sink being outside of the bathroom, which was entirely too small and everything in the room was beyond outdated for the price that I paid

Will probably find another hotel chain to accommodate and future needs.

The bed was comfortable. And the location was good for us.

I didn’t like they don’t make your beds or give you enough towels. Supposedly they come in and change your linens and make the bed every 3 days. They suggest you re-use your towels for 3 days as well. We arrived Friday and departed Monday and our bed or linens were never changed. They only supplied one towel a day for 2 guests.

Carpet in room was wet by fridge, found hair & used toiletries in shower that i didn't use, grit & water-spots on bathroom counter in arrival, very loud elevator doors, poor air conditioner in room

The toilet wouldn’t flush, almost over flowed, they wouldn’t bring a plunger- had to go to desk at 2am for it. Bed & pillows are awful

Convenient and Good Value

it is an easy and convenient place to stay and great value for the price. Breakfast is decent and close to all rooms since this is a small hotel.

Our pillows were very lumpy. The beds and bath are very clean, but the room was dirty under the furniture and there were cobwebs in the corners.

No remote. Couldn't sign in with my android TV device. Booking process confused me. I went to the other Baymont and had to travel 30 miles out of my way due cancellation policy.

Not a pleasant stay

It was reasonably priced and conveniently located off interstate.

Hallway smelled of smoke. Room was not the cleanest. I found hair and bed looked rumpled. I also was startled awake in the middle of the night by loud shouting and cursing. It was not a pleasant stay.
