Nice view, dingy room, most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

There was no breakfast. The view was great. Location was good.

Pillows. There were 2 pancake thin pillows on a lumpy mattress. I asked for extra pillows, and was told I could only have 1 extra pillow, even though 2 people were staying in the room. At minimum we should have been given 1 extra pillow per person. It's not like we could share the 1 extra pillow. I ended up using bath towels and laundry to supplement my crappy pillow. My partner and I are over 50 years old, and he has bad shoulders. We both woke up barely able to move. Buy some pillows and replace those mattresses. It was the most uncomfortable night I've had to endure in decades. Target has $4.99 pillows better than what we were given. God, if there were pillows for sale in the lobby, I would have bought some.

It was adequate (not inexpensive). Outside of no shower curtain, it met our needs.

Close to the water - watching the ships. Parking just outside our door/ ease of bringing in luggage.

No shower curtain in the bathroom! How does housekeeping miss that??? No place to place toiletries in the bathroom (sink counter is outside of the bathroom). Beds are very firm / hard.

Decent location but won’t stay again.

The location was good. The bedding seemed to be newer and was clean.

The outside of the building seemed as though it was falling apart. The stairs to the upstairs had metal pieces sticking out and was a tripping hazard. I did find hair on the towels and in the tub. The shower head was either rusty or just stained and there was mold/mildew in the tubs caulk. There was not a fan in the bathroom or if there was it did not work. I did not trust the outlets as they were all loose and would not even hold a phone charger.

Stay somewhere else. This place is in dire need of a renovation.

You get what you pay for. TV didn’t work, toilet ran all night, beds and pillows were horrible. Loud traffic all night.

Horrible!! Reviews must be a lie!!!

Nothing!! Run away!!!

Found roaches crawling. Even have a video. Owner refused to refund even though we did not stay. Another guest found a rat and owner refused to refund. Had to try and get into 2 different rooms because keys would not open the doors. Terrible ownership. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We are not picky people either, but just terrible!! Owners do not care!!!

Okay room for a quick stay but not particularly comfortable

ground floor room was convenient, shower water pressure good, hot water. Fridge worked, TV worked.

Bed hard, blankets thin, pillows thin, needed extra of both, staff unfriendly when dealing with problems, parking lot too small to accommodate all the guests, room upstairs noisy the first night, Ill fitting bathroom door, repeated key card malfunction

Definitely had more amenities than the motel 6 in Roseburg. The personnel were very accommodating.

House keeping woke me up twice before 11 am to clean. Stains of mascara on pillow case and 1 dirty towel. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Front desk was short and rude

View out of the room was amazing!! Room was very clean. Coffee was awesome!

The beds were horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!! The bed literally made my back go out!!! I could literally not bend over the next day from being so stiff! In my opinion beds are one of the most important parts of the stay and the bed was so bad it made my stay horrible bc I barely slept and got up next day with my back out and stiffer than a board! I would totally come back again if there were new beds that were comfortable!

So-so, Old facility, could get nicer Airbnb for same price

Good location near other sites including the Maritime Museum . Also view of the ocean if drapes were opened. Comfortable mattress, good shower and water pressure.

Absolutely "bare-bones". Room was very cold on arrival. No coffee pot or instant coffee packet, or even a box of Kleenex. No stopper or plug for the bathtub, so no way for take a bath on a cold night after a long drive.

No, You guys are doing great!!

I liked the fact the room was clean. The Staff at the front desk had a dynamite attitude! It was me and mines anniversary and he just flew in from LA. We had a great time!

I really can't think of what I didn't like . Well.wait, Maybe they could add the music channels to their cable you know like MuchMusic or whatever it is to get various music genres on your cable...Anyways, be sides that it was fabulous!
