Won’t go back again. Breakfast was terrible.

Our room smelled like urine. The floors were buckled and cracking. It was terrible.

Amazing stay. Good Job. :-)

Great Amenities. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had fun in the bar, people were friendly as well as the bartender. Staff were amazing with the knowledge of the surrounding area. Will be back.

My anniversary trip was a success🎉

The location is good and the staff is polite

I love everything it’s just they need to make the pool area put a heater in there or something in the winter time but other than that it was good 😊

Relaxing stay while traveling.

The hotel was excellent. We spent one night there and received a warm welcome during check-in. The room was spotless, and having a hot tub and bar on the premises was a great bonus. There were also some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. If we find ourselves traveling to Wisconsin again, we will definitely return to this hotel.

Affordable and convenient

The breakfast was amazing especially with it being included with stay! Also love the convenience of the location, close to do many stores and restaurant you can just walk if you wanted to!

It was very comfortable and very convenient to be close to nearby eateries.

It's very disappointing that the hotel doesn't do housekeeping of the rooms on a daily basis. It's very inconvenient as a guest to be requesting for a room service that should be done as a routine upkeep of the hotels rooms.

fine, but overpriced even with the Harley-Davidson event.

Hats off to cleaning staff, room was spotless. not much they could do about the carpet though.

Carpet in our room needs replaced, mold must be underneath because woke up coughing, sneezing and by morning my face was so swollen from the allergic reaction. Front desk staff looked as if they were playing a video game and took a few minutes to acknowledge me for checking in. The young man who did check us in was quite sweet though.

The staff were awesome and very helpful. Late pool/hot tub hours was a nice treat. And the bar had a pool table and karaoke which was a wonderful way to cap off the night. Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience at the Best Western hotel in Kenosha! The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very nice stay. We were there for Harley Davidson’s 120 anniversary. Front desk staff was welcoming. Rooms were clean and at perfect temperature when we arrived. Breakfast was warm and delicious. we had been on the road for 3 months following the our motorcycle rally. “ the great american convoy “ We were given Complimentary ice cream the day of check out and free bottle water. We will be back whenever we are in the area.

They never complained when I asked for daily cleaning. Always greeted you at the main door and wanted to know if you needed anything.
