Breakfast was awful; not the best at all. None of us couldn’t eat breakfast because not many options available. Kids saw broken pancake maker but not working. Not too many options for drinking juices either

Excellent stay and the staff was very friendly. Most importantly our room was very clean/nice size.

The breakfast was good. There wasn’t a huge selection, but we had enough to eat.

The pancake machine was broken and waffles were the ones for the toaster. No doughnuts. We would have enjoyed scrambled eggs instead of omelettes.

SUPERB HOTEL!

SUPERB!!! DO NOT believe anyone giving this place less than 5stars or 10/10. The rooms are MASSIVE! Our rooms were larger than NYC apartments!!! Clean rooms, bathrooms, comfy beds, microwave and fridge?!?! What?!? And they have a pool! Breakfast was great, front desk was helpful. I highly recommend . Very good stay, we will return. I’ve gone to 50 countries, I know a thing or two about hotels. This place, as long as they maintain their renovations like this, will see me yearly.

Excellent for business

I found this hotel ideal for business travelers. Clean, comfortable, convenient to Stroudsburg downtown, and with good fitness facilities.

Very little. A couple tiny maintenance issues, but nothing earth shattering.

The cleanliness of my room amenities in the bathroom

I spent $200 dollars for a nice quiet evening with my fiancee but unfortunately I was in a room next to the most obnoxious couple who kept me up most of the night with their screaming banging and cursing all night... we thought someone was going to be killed it was that bad...I called the front desk and explained my concerns for the safety of my fiancee and me as well as the other hotel guest staying on our floor....I was told that I wasn't the only one to complain about the loud noise...my fiancee wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette and I told her no bc I was afraid of what might happen to her if she went out....to many things are happening to innocent people and I didn't want my fiancee to be a innocent bystander bc the hotel didn't do there job

Our room didn't have any toilet paper in it anywhere. We had to ask the front desk for some even though that seems like something that should very well be in the room already.

Not good

This place is undergoing some remodeling which is fine. However the whole place was dirty, there was cement being tracked in by the workers and not cleaned. The rooms were never done. The AC unit was extremely loud. The pool is used for kids lessons and was so gross we could not go in.
