Great location nice pool and very nice staff

Wifi isn't the greatest

Location met my need.

Very dirty including lobby, hallway, elevator and my room. Room smelled. Did not feel safe. Dogs barking at all hours. Located next to a railroad that had a train roll through and blow their horn multiple times during the night.

The cost was outrageous! $200!!! No breakfast. We came to sleep and we left in the morning.

Hot tub and pool were nice! Better than some hotels. They were great temperatures and well maintained. Towels way too small!

Beds horrible! No variety of creamer for coffee! No refrigerator, but it is a motel! No bottles of conditioner or shampoo. Not very clean!

The location to highways

This place smelled like an ashtray in the hallway. There were some shady characters running all around the place including a guy using drugs in the parking lot. I’m surprised I had a vehicle in the parking lot in the morning. Never again will I stay here.

No smoking room, you can hear doors on the same floor open and close, Ice only one first door, only one entrance door. Kinda pricey.

Nothing my room was so nasty I had to clean it my self I want a manager to contact me asap

Staff were mainly pleasant.

The room had garbage and dust balls in room. Room walls were extremely thin could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

clean, no carpet in rooms, beds comfortable firm but comfortable.

no hair dryer, no fridge, came in from Cedar Point 1 am. my son’s room did not shut automatically you had to push it. my room we could not get in. went downstairs 4 times. it’s a long story and took 1.5 hours to fix. my son went early to hotel. he opened my room, when it closed the latch flipped over causing us not to get in. the problem was the hotel thought someone was in there. so we didn’t realize what happened till next morning. I know this is crazy. so the point is the doors need to be replaced and the latch. the workers need to know for sure what rooms have been occupied. we had to get room way down hallway away from my son’s room. not happy. I only got a slight refund, if I actually get it.

Didn’t eat breakfast.

Not sure that my pet deposit was refunded.
