Unbearable and very uncomfortable to sleep with bugs.

It was under a huge remodel and we couldn’t get into the parking gate easily and my room had roaches. I was not happy

A Hot mess

Great location, right next to the freeway and several eating restaurants. Also, the owner was friendly and very suggestive in eating at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is up under a major renovation time, and the potential is there. Also, Nice car in the lobby.

The check-in was extremely too slow. There was one clerk checking us in, and it took him literally 20 minutes per customer. I was number 3 in line, so it took me 47 minutes to be checked in. That's too long of a wait standing up waiting bec he was doing a lot of unnecessary talking. Secondly. The code for the rooms bec they dont have keys did not match the code to the parking lot where i could park my car, so I had to keep getting Buzzed in and buzzed out of the parking area. Thirdly, the room was infested with lots of roaches. Not acceptable, they came out of the cabinet in front of the television As well as, in the bathroom. They were all over the place. Lastly, the food at the hotel restaurant was horribly cooked. Small portions and served warm, not hot. Sincerely don't recommend eating eating a meal there.

Clean. Nice rooms. Beautiful pool and pool area. Nice staff.

It was a comedy of errors too lengthy to write here. Pool cloudy so I avoided swimming which I was really looking forward to. They needed instruction sheets on how things work in the different rooms. I have never had to think about this stuff until this stay. Now I know how to survey a room.

Jacuzzi doesn’t work . And so many cockroaches in pool area tables like nests on them . Do not bring food my clothes had so many roaches when I got out the pool

Not family friendly

Secured parking

Where should I start the front staff girl was very rude. She looked like she was dressed for a Mardi Gras party. We were locked out of our room on our second day because they didn’t check us in properly when we arrived. They allow other guests to drink alcohol inside the pool the pool was not clean either. The ac was super loud and had a bad odor that would come out the vents. I will not recommend nor return

Fijn dat het maar een nacht was

Fijne plek en heel aardig personeel.

De kamer zag er oud en vervallen uit. De airco werkte niet en was geen usb oplaad stopcontacten. De prullenbak op de parkeerplaats zat de dag erna nog net vol als de avond ervoor.

Very accommodating. Let me rest on my way to Arizona.

Hotel was centrally located. Manager of restaurant was very accommodating; breakfast was excellent and an amazing price!!!!!! Coffee very good!

Dryer in bathroom was ripped out if wall and lying in sink. The room was clean.

Gated secure parking bar part of the hotel nice crowd girls at front desk were awesome everything was great the only thing I had a bit of an issue with was having to leave $200 de posit and have to wait till 9am the next day to get it back so I couldn’t leave any sooner and totally ruined my plans that I already had scheduled I figured since I’ve stayed there before without any issues or complaints I wouldn’t have to leave a deposit so I can get up and go the next day without any worries

No access back into the hotel from the bar disliked having to walk all the way to the front entrance then walk all the way to my room only exiting from the inside but no access into after 10pm

Close to what was needed

The staff and the shoddy work within the units. I've stayed here 3x, hoping it would get better and paying more money each time... It got worse. I'll take my chances and stay elsewhere in the vicinity. It's close to the heart hospital...

I went to check in they said sorry we are overbooked and in the future the deposit is 300 not 100 because you live locally. WHAT?? Isn't that discrimination?

Breakfast should be given to the family members. He did not give the breakfast to my childres as they told me they are not registered in the booking. Since i booked two beds for family, it means we are more than 2 persons, frontdesk was listening at all and asked we can not take your request for getting the benefits of breakfast. I left the feedback not sure if someone really worked on it.

A few surprises but I am happy.

Very beautiful inside. The pool and spa were nice. Staff were kind and friendly. It is an older Motel, and they are upgrading it. Colby Bryant's car in the lobby. Air conditioning was fabulous. They have banana trees around the pool with fruit on them. They are so awesome. Makes you feel like you are in the tropics. You must ask for a towel for the pool. Most Motels have towels available in the pool area.

The pool was dirty with leaves and seeds from the trees. There were only 2 bath towels for 4 people. The $200 deposit was not mentioned when booking on "Booking.com". I feel this is important information for travelers. Luckily they release the deposit after 12:00 . Not all hotels are that kind. The breakfast is not free but there are 5 choices for $1.99 ples tax at their restaurant.

Difficulty with the reservation and Booking.com reservation being declined. I was asked to get on the phone with booking.com instead of the staff working out the issue. Hotel is worn out and old and in need of a refurbish.

Never staying at this hotel again!!!!!!

Pool size, but it had cloudy water.

Room was in bad repair, dirty carpet, carpet staples coming out(hazard to small children), broken closet doors, dead roach in bathroom(still there after they cleaned the room), walls were damaged, pink gum stuck to wall. We asked for 4 towels to use at the pool, they said we had to turn in our room towels(?), she finally gave us 2 towels.

I got the wrong hotel room, then had to ask to have it changed. The rooms are old and not very clean. The fan in the room is super loud and overall the whole hotel needs maintenance

huge hole in entrance of room, they charge deposit as if their rooms were impeccable. spend 20-40 bucks more elsewhere and get an excellent room compared to here
