THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE ON YOUR WEBSITE

NOTHING

I STAYED THERE LAST YEAR AND HAD REQUESTED A ROOM DOWNSTAIRS IN ADVANCE BECAUSE I AM HANDICAPED WITH ONE LEG. THE ATTENDANT SAID HE HAD NONE UNTIL HE SAW I HAD ONLY ONE LEG. THIS YEAR I REQUESTED IN ADVANCE AGAIN AND THEN CALLED THE TUESDAY BEFORE AND WAS GAUREENTEED A ROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND AGIAN WHEN I GOT THERE, HE SAID THERE WAS NOT ONE AVAILBLE. I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL ALL 3 OF MY RESERVATIONS AND WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. I HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED YET AND I DON'T THINK I SHOULD BE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN

This place is terrible

Non-smoking room had a strong odor of smoke. Requested to change rooms because of this and they would not allow it. Clothes smelled like smoke just from being in there for a few hours. There was a bright light outside and the curtains did not adequately block the light.

It was close to Galveston we could have pets

It was not in a good area the bathroom had a smell of old urine the beds were not comfortable

It was very Pleasant Service with a Smile and Professionalism is such Added Flavor of Salt. I see!!

I really enjoyed my one day stay at the Motel 6 in Freeport Texas and I would be willing to book the room for future events and travel. Servanthood. Oh Yes, that is the Ideal business and adventure of life. I came by taxi and bicycle. I like when the atmosphere is charged with Joy and Professionalism and I feel the owner presented me with this. I also appreciate the front desk lobby worker who was friendly and so kind to my questions for my first time stay at Motel 6 in Freeport, Texas. It is a great area. I hope that next time I m a guest I will be able to stay on the upper level looking toward the Ocean View. Higher. Thank you Kindly Dawn.

I did not like that the lobby area for the customers that are tired or traveled a long distance that it is remained closed and I had to speak to the front lobby worker from glass. I appreciate good honest service and he was all that. I do believe Motel 6 can contribute to hospitality with Coffee to your Guest such and added service. I do believe the area is presentable and clean to open this lobby are open to your loyal paying customers. I do believe the overall workers as a team added to the service with being PoLite and Friendly and that makes much difference in the Atmosphere of anywhere.

Price was nice but nothing else was!

The price ..the location.. the cleaning personnel and room service was extremely nice.. room had a nice big TV the shower had water pressure and was big and roomy

How run down the hotel has gotten it seems they tried to give it a face lift on the outside but on the inside they painted over mold on the ceiling moldy curtains AC not working at first had to buy a fan to cool the room plumbing was horrible toilet wouldn't flush AT ALL without being plunged every time the handy cap "grab bars" we're suction cup handles on the way which is not ADA approved the sink bowl was all cracked and dangerous to the touch.. the trim around Botton of wall was all falling off the sliding bathroom door was very hard wouldn't hardly slide in and out of bathroom and had a very dangerous little sharp handle thing the "tissue" holder and bottle opener the metal face plate was off on the bathroom counter and old nasty bottle caps were in the space fridge would not keep cold.. burn holes and stains on sheets pool needed to be cleaned it had debris at bottom and mold around edges was told it would be cleaned Monday when asked. No breakfast as advertised We only stayed because we could not find a double vacancy any where else!
