Location right on beach

We couldn't access Netflix on the TV nor any movies that we could purchase. Everything else was fine.

The location was fantastic, very close to the beach. Able to park at the property.

The room was so dirty, I could not believe it plus smelled terrible and just wasn't the quality we expected. The property could be updated in most areas, better beds, pillows , carpets. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable. Baby crib looked ancient, very small and uncomfortable. The door blind did not close all the way, the bedroom light and sitting room light weren't working. The pool is not family friendly for small children. They should stop trying to recruit every customer who checks in to join a timeshare sales presentation. Trying to bait you with free this or that!!! Then get upset if you don't want to do it. Wasted 30min of our time at check in.

Exceeded all expectations!

Beach location. Size of room and amenities. Very clean and comfy. Parking was great. Washing machine and dryer was a surprise. Most importantly the room was really cold and even had ceiling fans. I will definitely return.

Check in time was late and check out time early. 3 PM check in and 10AM check out isn’t very long. The staff did give us 11 AM check out.

Location to the beach!

My husband often has to work a little on trips. Your wi-fi is open/unsecure. This is a problem for him when he is working. It would be nice if a password protected secure network was available for those who do have to work even when they are on vacation. I also do not like having to repeatedly tell the check-in people that we are not interested in the "deals" and that we do not want to go to the presentation. We have stayed at this very resort numerous times. We know we pay more, but we like the location. We are not interested in any kind of time share investment.

The pictures showed a totally different Hotel on the booking.com website. When we got there she said it was their sister Hotel and you have to be a member of the vacation club to book there but that was not mentioned on the website. totally fraudulent advertising.

Location and the beach was right there. The pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Very Nice

The view was beautiful access to beach was close and very easy to get too. The room set up was comfortable and was nice having seperate bedroom, kitchenette and sitting area.

Being propositioned to listen to a time share presentation, baiting us by telling us we needed to go to the sales staff to get our garage parking pass supposedly.

Could have given a better room knowing it was our Anniversary.

I did love all that the room provided . Could have been a little bigger.

I did not like that the walk was never completed.The towels were so dry that the dryness irritated my skin.Definitly needs a new laundry service that provides fabric softener.

The room was very comfortable with a beach view. Beach access was great and easy to get to. No crossing of major roads or any roads to get to the beach. Great parking. Really likes the full kitchen.

Nice and clean but not the view requested or paid for.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The building had great access to the beach and plenty of things to do as far as the pool and fitness facilities.

I requested and paid for a beach front view. Instead, I got a view of the beach through the parking lot, basketball court and back side of the restaurant and its dumpster. If I closed the curtains just right and stood back far enough in the room, I had a beachfront view, the staff told me the other rooms in the East Wing were not available although I had booked my room 7 months earlier and asked for a call or email if that specific location and view were not available. They said they did not have a good number or email address and blamed booking.com for that issue.

Spacious and clean, with great amenities, and beautiful ocean view.

Great location. Stayed for a couple days after getting off cruise ship. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather. Both days, cool and windy. Still made the best of the hot tub, and spent an afternoon at Moody Gardens. Would definitely stay here again.

very dissapointing, not a good value.

location of the room. We were right by the highway and had to close the patio door because of the noise. When we checked in, it seemed like it was all about getting us to sit in on the vacations sales presentation. The frustrating thing was there was no consideration of my IHG status since I booked through Booking.com and did not get any points for staying. Probably will not book through you again.

Staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and spacious. Very clean, which is always the most important to me. Would recommend 👌

The alarm in the next room went off for a while around 4 or 5AM the two nights we were there. Seemed like the room was vacant and I did notify staff the first night.

Cannot beat location! Right on the beach.

They offer "free gifts" if you visit their other resort property. It's a time share presentation. 2 hours of my life I can't get back. Cool opportunity if you have an extra $40,000 laying around. JUST SAY NO FROM THE VERY BEGINNING....

staff were very pleasant, helpful . loved the location, pool was well maintained and beach was beautiful

horrible internet. wasn’t expecting a sales pitch for a time share while checking in. this property could be cleaner and updated, our bathroom had some minor water damage, nothing was dirty, but felt like it needed a deep clean.
